The accommodation is almost perfect, but it has areas for improvement: 1) The air conditioning should be more powerful 2) Fix the bathroom light 3) For access, it would be ideal if they provided a remote access or control, so you don't have to report to the security guard every time you enter and leave the place. In general terms, I will continue to stay as many times as necessary. It is very nice and quiet.

Jimena was very kind and quick to respond to my questions. The place is private, peaceful, and near the airport, my event (at the convention center, a 25-minute walk, or you can take a bus, but they only accept Costa Rican currency), a fresh market, and a shopping center. You can walk to the last three places without any issue. According to the Uber drivers and my own experience, it's a very safe area and its surroundings.

Good Wi-Fi and location. Walls are somewhat thin and neighbors can be a bit noisy, especially when theyre outside. Instruction notes on-site would be helpful.
