Absolutely perfect location in Manuel Antonio! I had a great stay. For sports lovers, the gym is right across the street, which is a huge plus. In terms of convenience and food, everything is in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, the "Soda" supermarket, the main supermarket. In addition, the bus stop is a stone's throw away, which makes getting around ultra-easy and fast without the need for a car. I recommend it without hesitating!

The accommodation is simple and practical, conveniently located at the entrance to Manuel Antonio, with lots of very useful amenities for making food, and everything was very clean. No complaints whatsoever, it was absolutely worth it, Tuti is responsive and super friendly, thank you!

This was an awesome place. It was simple but it had everything I needed as a solo traveler. Tuti was super friendly and I felt right at home immediately. If I come back to Manuel Antonio/Quepos alone this is the spot I’ll come back to.

Tuti’s place is spotless clean. The entire unit has been maintained and you feel comfortable at night laying your head down. Minimalist, but you have everything you could need. The A/C unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver since we had beautiful hot weather everyday we were there. Location is walking distance to tons of restaurants. This was the perfect place for my son and I.

Second time visiting Tuti and even better than before, Tuti is friendly host and responsive. If you are in area, strongly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay for two nights in Tuti's guesthouse. she was super helpful and helped us with any problems. the accommodation is beside a great soda and bar so you barely have to walk anywhere. highly recommend!

Simple apartment with air conditioning in a good location/with good transport connections and good value for money. Tuti is super helpful and available at any time.

We stayed for 4 nights! It was wonderfully beautiful, great location, and super clean. Tuti is a very caring host and helped us out a lot. For us, this was by far the best place to stay in all of Costa Rica ☺️ We would come back any time.

Tuty is very attentive, considerate, and helpful. The space is very fragrant, and the bed and bath linens are comfortable and spotlessly clean! I recommend not bringing a heavy suitcase, as there are stairs; they don’t prevent you from having a good stay.

Tuti’s place is a quiet, secure apartment right in the centre of Manuel Antonio. Tuti is quick to reply and on-site for any issues. I spent 3 weeks there in high season and enjoyed every moment.

Tuti’s place was convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. It was private and had a nice balcony to sit on where I saw monkeys and other wildlife. It’s nothing super Fancy but if you are on a budget it worked great. WiFi was solid for working while I did and the ac worked good at night. I did not ever have warm or hot water in the shower so don’t expect that, but if you spend your day out and about then the cool shower at the end of the day isn’t so bad. Tuti was a very sweet lady who told me multiple times if I needed anything to reach out. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so I couldn’t talk as much as I wanted to but everything was still great.
