3BR Villa in Playa Santa Teresa

Everything was amazing!

Nice place. Walkable but with very steep hills to and from the beach. The kitchen is fully outdoors and there is no oven. The freezer leaks constantly d/t melting ice. The only place to escape the heat and bugs is in the bedrooms or downstairs wet bar area. The living room is also outdoors and the cushions could use a cleaning. You are one with nature and the bugs, specifically the mosquitos, ants and cute gecko lizards. There is not really a clear view of the ocean and there is no grass as stated on the description. The pool is awesome. Lots of birds to see that come and cool off. We did also see the iguanas and some howler monkeys. Beds are okay with very soft pillows. Again because of the layout, there are also bugs in the rooms. Expected in the jungle. Beaches are great, good food nearby. Best grocery was Mongo in Santa Teresa. Alejandro is very responsive and friendly. Housekeeper is nice and thorough. Be careful with her doing laundry. Learned the hard way with ruined clothes

Serigo's villa was perfect for our surf trip to Playa Hermosa. The outdoor spaces were amazing and the concierge Alejandro was so helpful and friendly. Alejandro is also a great surf coach who really helped us improve. If you are there to surf, book a lesson with Alejandro, you won't be disappointed. The pool was an amazing for cooling down at the end of a hot day. Location is walkable from the beach, but we drove when we had boards. All around we highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was perfect very clean, comfortable, and well designed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, about a 15–20 minute drive to Santa Teresa beach and town, giving us the perfect balance between convenience and privacy. One of our favorite features was the pool, which was perfect for unwinding after spending the day at the beach. We also loved the open kitchen and living area it made the space feel very connected to nature and created such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Also our host Alejandro was great, very polite and quick to respond. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

Sergio's place is a beach lover/surfer's dream. It's an open air concept design with a relaxed feel. Everything was tidy and organized, but older amenities. There are bugs and critters that come around due to it being mostly open to outdoors, but nothing too crazy. It is jungle. The infinity pool was amazing. There is only a stove top and bbq and a small toaster over for cooking. No oven. We only cooked in a couple of evenings as there are so many good restaurants nearby to eat. Alejandro, our host was so friendly and responsive. He even got my teenager up on a surf board her very first lesson. The cleaning lady Nancy was a gem. Every few days she worked hard to keep the place clean. Loved the multiple outdoor showers, and showers in all the bathrooms. Hammock was fun for everyone too. Highly suggest taking an airplane from the big airports and renting atv's. Driving on the roads around here would be easier with an atv than a big rental vehicle like we did.

Had a nice stay here in Playa Hermosa in January! The home is very open-air and outdoors, except for the rooms, and in a pretty and quiet area. Beach and some restaurants and surf shacks very close down the hill. The home and its provisions are pretty basic. For a couple days one of the sliding doors was broken and unclosable, which was a bit annoying but was fixed up eventually. Overall, I was pretty comfortable and happy here though.

Alejandro was a great host and we appreciated him a lot - great surfing lessons. Very nice pool and a nice open kitchen to enjoy the view on the ocean and into nature.
