We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I was not aware of charges to enter the complex, granted the host refunded. The care taker who is in charge of greeting visitors was rude and made us feel very unwelcome, we felt like he was bothered that we were there. The beach can not be used because there is way too many rocks and very dangerous. Tide always high. Electricity went out for 2 hours and the care taker was gone, I had no internet and had to drive to the next town to get signal and contact the host, he said they were doing maintenance work and he was not notified, which I find hard to believe since this is a private complex. The care taker went in the house early morning without even knocking, scaring my daughter who was awake. The house is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean but I will never go back. Not a pleasant experience.

We're very sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. However, we believe it is important to clarify a few points to provide context for future guests. The residential complex entrance fee is clearly indicated both in the listing description and in the guide sent before check-in. Even so, as soon as you informed us of the situation, we refunded that amount immediately to avoid any inconvenience. Regarding the power outage, it lasted approximately two hours due to unforeseen repair work by the power company. Unfortunately, it was a situation completely beyond our control. As soon as you contacted us, we informed you of the reason for the outage and were available to assist you. We are very surprised by your comment about the caretaker, since during your entire stay you never mentioned any problems related to him. If we had known at the time, we would have investigated it and taken the necessary action immediately. As for the beach, the tides change naturally during the day. It is not correct to say that the tide is high all the time, since it alternates between high tide and low tide. In addition, sea conditions may vary depending on the season, as is the case on any beach. We are also struck by the contrast between this review and the communication we had during your stay. You told us that you thought the house was amazing and you even requested a later check-out, which we gladly agreed to in order to make your departure more convenient. We are truly sorry that, despite our willingness to help you and the facilities we provided during your stay, your final impression was so different from what you expressed to us while you were at the property. We will continue to work to provide the best experience possible for our guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very easy. The location was great, and we felt right at home throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

A beautiful place, with everything you need to be comfortable. The host is always willing to help. A plus of the place is a store inside the condominium that has the necessary supplies for whatever you need in the house and that also sells ready-made and very delicious food. If they don't want to cook, they're set with that store. The pizzas are very good!

The house is very nice. I recommend it. It's well equipped, with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. The host was always attentive to us, as was the person who takes care of the house. Everything was great. I will definitely return.

Beautiful house, very nice beach. I recommend booking for 2 nights since with 1 night, the check-in time is very late and then the check-out time is very early. The stay feels very short if it's only 1 night. I recommend checking the pool water, since it had a lot of chlorine and the little ones couldn't enjoy it because it caused skin burns.

Thank you for your comment. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and the beach. Regarding the check-in time, it is important to clarify that check-in at the property is at 3:00 pm, as indicated from the moment the reservation is made. Even so, we agreed to your request to arrive at approximately 1 pm so that you could leave your luggage while we finished cleaning. They were informed that the house was not yet ready and that they should wait for the staff to finish. However, they decided to enter before the process was completed. Therefore, we consider it unfair to point out that check-in was late when an exception was made to try to accommodate your request. Likewise, a more flexible check-out time than usual was also granted as a courtesy. As for the pool, we appreciate your observation. We will check the chlorine levels again, although they are monitored periodically to ensure the safety and proper maintenance of the property. We always try to be flexible with our guests when conditions allow, but it is also important to understand that the time allocated for cleaning is essential to deliver the house in optimal condition to each visitor.

Overall our stay was good. The main room is stunning, other rooms are pretty basic. Internet is spotty, the grounds keeper was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is open so bugs do come in. The view to the beach is beautiful, specially the sunsets. Price wise, may be in the pricy side.
