It's a spectacular place. I had a dream getaway with my children in Playa Maderas.

Highly recommend! Some of the most beautiful views! The pool was nice and clean, the house is extremely spacious and very clean.

The apartment was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasant weather thanks to the location, the pool was very clean… Brian was friendly, offered us recommendations, and was available for anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The place is spectacular, the house is lovely, the view is beautiful, everything is clean and tidy. Brian is very communicative, helpful, and attentive. Definitely 10/10. My family and I are planning to return soon.

Our stay was excellent; the setting was very quiet and peaceful. A beautiful view, sounds of animals, and various birds all around. Very comfortable and organized accommodation. Brian was an excellent host, friendly, and willing to help us. Many options for spending the day very close by. We highly recommend it. We will be back soon.

Brian is the kind of host we wish all Airbnbs had! He does everything he can to communicate effectively, provide helpful tips, include everything you need in your stay. You don't need to worry about drinking water, paper products, garbage bags, towels/sheets, etc. He even gave us a ride into town one day which was much appreciated. We had a lovely time seeing wildlife from the apartment (a sloth & its baby, many evenings being visited by howler monkeys including a baby, beautiful birds), watching sunsets, and swimming in the pool. It is nice that you can walk to a handful of restaurants, and of course- the beach!

Our stay at Casa Paraiso was amazing! The view is incredible and relaxing. The pool was a must after coming up the hill from the beach. (It is cleaned everday which was really appreciated) Brian is an incredible host, we had the chance to have him around as he lives nearby. He answered all our questions very quickly and even made some appreciated recommandations for restaurants and cool spots. He and his dog Columba came to visit us and were both very friendly. Brian made this our most appreciated Airbnb experience so far. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a perfect getaway in Maderas! We would come back without hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paraiso. Brian was extremely helpful from the time we booked until we checked out, providing tested local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Questions were answered very quickly, and he was a lovely host all around! The space is stunning, from the view to the very comfortable and clean interior. It was a dream, and we can’t wait to go back!

One of the nicest Airbnb apartments we've ever had. Stunning views, huge living area, well-equipped kitchen, lovely roof terrace, right in the woods in a quiet residential area. About a 10-minute walk from the beach (note: steep path). Motorcycle recommended – easy to rent in San Juan del Sur. Brian was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back.

Thank you, Brian, for your amazing hospitality! The place was a little tricky to find because of the new road, but Brian came to meet us and guided us right to the house — such a lifesaver. He was always kind, attentive, and ready to help. And his dogs… absolutely adorable. The view is incredible, the beach is just a short walk / drive away, and it’s super close to our favorite restaurant, Machete. San Juan is only a 10‑minute drive, yet the area is wonderfully peaceful. Perfect spot, perfect house, perfect host. We’ll definitely be back. Merci Brian ✌🏻

Brian’s place is great. The 2nd floor unit has wall-to-wall state of the art sliding glass doors that open up the living room to a magnificent view, and you are right there alongside trees with a an abundance of birds. You can hear howler monkeys in the distance every day. Brian is immediately responsive and helped me learn the area. The beautiful little cove with Pacific blue water is an honest 12-minute walk down the trail. The condo is well furnished and has high speed Internet and a nice TV in the living room. Air-conditioning is in both of the bedrooms. I could say more but I don’t want to make this too long. Check with Brian to see if you need a four-wheel-drive because the roads are being improved quickly. There is just a small not too steep section that has some loose gravel which gave my 2-wheel drive vehicle a little trouble. I would stay here again, and probably will.

A highlight of our trip to Nicaragua, and Brian is really very kind. I highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb. Plus, we were accompanied by howler monkeys every day, a nice bonus 😊

10/10! One of the nicest air b and bs I’ve ever booked. The sunset is absolutely amazing from the balcony. The beach is within walking distances. Brian was extremely helpful and quick to respond. He met us at the home to show us around. My girlfriend and I enjoyed everything we rarely left because it was the perfect place to relax and spend our time. I’ll be back! There was even a puzzle which gave us a fun project while we relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.

Brian was easy to get ahold of, and the place was beautiful. Quick to respond with any issues.
