Maria's house was perfect, it had all the necessary comforts and more, a home away from home! No one from my family wanted to leave. The place is very quiet and safe, very close to the beach. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen, laundry and pool too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Maria was always very quick to answer my messages and always helped me. Recommended 100%.

I really enjoyed Maria's place. It was big and clean! The two full bathrooms are a plus! Very convenient to have 2 showers. There is also an outdoor shower, so very convenient for returning from the beach. By the way, there's a beach a 3-minute walk away! We loved the in-ground pool. It was ultra hot (perfect) no matter the time of day, even at 8pm in the evening! There is a restaurant and convenience store in the resort.. very easy to have access to everything! Recommended:)

Maria's villa was beautiful, with a private pool (daily cleaning) and backyard. The villa is very spacious and has everything you might need. This villa is in the gated golf club community, which is nice, well-maintained, quiet and perfect for early-morning golfing. It does not have a private beach. The public beach is with sand and very shallow access to water. The ocean was very warm in December when we visited Costa Rica. The beach is not clean, so you can see the garbage that the ocean brings to it. It is beautiful for long walks but not convenient for swimming and laughing; therefore, there are no people on the beach. The Golf Club has only one poorly supplied food store. You have to go to a nearby town for food. The Club has only one pizza restaurant, which is somewhat dirty and poorly maintained. The neighbourhood does not have any nice and decently clean restaurants or places to eat, or we could find it. Overall, this is a nice place if you are looking for a quiet vacation.

The host is an excellent deal, and the house is beautiful, super clean, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need! We were 5 adults with space to spare and privacy. The wonderful pool!

The house is very nice, modern and very well stocked. The arrival at the place was very simple and Maria was always available to answer my questions. The pool is larger than what you see in the photos, which was a wonderful surprise! For those traveling with pets, please note that the patio is not fully enclosed, so pets require supervision at all times when outside. Thank you very much for hosting us at your beautiful house, Maria. My family and I spent a few wonderful days resting and hope to return very soon.

It was a fantastic experience, the house is very well equipped, in excellent condition, the pool super clean and the location extraordinary. Furniture, air conditioning, in short, everything was very good. I recommend it.

An excellent place, private, clean, very well equipped, air conditioning in all areas, laundry center, close to many activities, with a perfect pool! Great communication with the host! I would certainly go there again💕, I would really recommend them again!

After staying at many rustic places around the country, our family of 6 had a very comfortable stay here. Everything was clean and new, it was just what we needed :)

The house is brand new, very spacious and the neighborhood is calm and quite. We went for a walk around the golf court early in the morning, which was really nice. Overall we had a great time. Maria is very responsive.
