This was a really amazing place. It was so clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for our family of 5. Some things we loved: Pool was amazing. Not too warm, not too cold, so fun to have your own private space. The house was very clean and cozy. We didn’t realize there was a cleaner that came periodically which was a great bonus for our 10 day trip. Town was close and easy to navigate without a car (though we had one). It was probably a 6/7 min walk to the beach, probably over 10 with our 6 year old who is a bit slower but we saw monkeys on the way which was a fun experience. 100% we would return and hope to. Can’t imagine a better experience in Tamarindo, we can’t wait to come back.

We had our annual girls trip & loved Roni’s place! We loved the location and the pool. Super clean, very responsive, and would recommend!

We loved this villa! We are a family of 5 (kids between 16 and 22) and had plenty of room inside and out. The outside areas are amazing-we spent a lot of time on the terrace and by the pool. Though there are similar villas close by on each side it was still very private. The bedrooms were spacious, the living spaces are open and the house was well appointed. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach out the back gate and access to tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The area is extremely safe and there are no issues walking around or back to the villa after dark. Roni was very responsive and an amazing host.

We enjoyed staying at this villa - spacious, clean, walkable and loved the pool. Having the house cleaning service a couple times during our stay was also very helpful.

5-night stays, ideal for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space, and we could very easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The terrace is beautiful, as is the pool. The outdoor shower was really convenient. The neighbors are close by, but the way the houses and landscaping are done makes it private and pleasant. Our young adults liked being able to go out on foot in the evening. We would stay again in a flash. Roni was very proactive and responded promptly to my questions. Thanks!

Our family had a lovely time at Roni’s Airbnb!! The location was amazing, and the space layout was very nice for our crew of 5 with 3 teens. My only complaint is that the sofa was a great size, but broken in some areas. Not a huge deal because you aren’t hanging out inside a lot, but it could definitely stand an upgrade. Roni was very responsive and arranged our travel to/from the airport. We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Roni's BnB. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Roni was an exceptional host with excellent communication before and throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. One thing future guests should be aware of is that if you plan on being out late, access through the gate may be challenging, as there was no security or attendant available to let guests in after certain hours. Aside from that, we had a great experience and appreciated Roni's hospitality.

The back pool was the highlight of the stay! Walk was the 5-7min into town, mostly on dirt road. Back gate made walking easier. Roni was very responsive to our questions. Only upgrade I would suggest is the bed pillows. They are very, very flat. We had lots of space for 5 people and overall accommodations were as described!

Roni was a great host and the house and pool were beautiful, comfortable and private. We would visit again!

Roni was very responsive and always had a solution for anything that came up. Great place to enjoy Tamarindo.
