This place is wonderful and was extremely clean when we arrived. The pictures online really do not do it justice, as it is much more beautiful than what is advertised. Our stay was truly magical from start to finish. The host had a great response time and provided us with fantastic suggestions for things to do. To top it all off, Denise the massage therapist was absolutely one of the best we have ever had. The place receives 5 stars - I would give it 6

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful condo! The views of the beach and pool were wonderful, and the property was clean and spacious. I love that there was also a concierge service to make suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc. We would love to come back and visit this beautiful property!

We had a great stay at Jaco Beach Village. Our three-bedroom condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The balcony overlooked the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and watch the surf. For surfers, the location is hard to beat. The beach break is right out front and offers fun, consistent waves that are easy to access. Being able to check the conditions from the condo and walk straight to the beach was a huge plus. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, whether you’re surfing, relaxing, or exploring Jaco. We’d definitely stay here again.

David’s place was pure perfection. What was the icing on the cake was the concierge service with Linda. She made our visit stress free. Her friendliness and patience was very appreciated. The pictures do not do the place justice. Amazing visit!

We had an amazing stay at David's condo in Costa Rica! The condo was spotless, modern, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The oceanfront location was incredible, with breathtaking views from the large windows throughout the condo. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was unforgettable. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom and private balcony, providing comfort and privacy for our family of four. David's recommendations made our trip even better. He connected us with Laura, who helped arrange excursions, in-home massages, and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities. She made everything easy and stress-free. He also connected us with Andrey Costa Rides for transportation. Andrey and his team were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. We always felt safe and well cared for. David was a fantastic host, and we highly recommend his condo to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Great location with security guards and gate. Easy walking distance to the Jaco strip and great views of the beach. David was very responsive and they provided concierge service with Laura that was very helpful for a first timer to Jaco.

We enjoyed our stay in Jaco. The place was well laid out and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the balcony enjoying the sunsets. The location of the complex is great and the beach access too. The morning beach walks were lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place with a fantastic view and walkable to so many great restaurants. And the pool was fabulous!

We’re a family of four traveling with teens who like their own room and bathroom. David’s place worked out great for us! Loved having a full kitchen, as we cooked most of our meals in. I usually bring a few kitchen utensils and knives but I didn’t since we were out of country and I still wish I would have had more spatulas. We brought a few essentials from home but there were plenty of small/medium groceries and most within walkable distances. We did eat out at Locals and Infierno. Having laundry available in the condo is great!! The location is amazing for sunset views a morning beach walks. The pool was nice (there were some pool floats and bodyboard in the unit), the grounds keeping is immaculate and even though you have to enter/exit through security gate, the security guards are very friendly. We ventured out to Manuel Antonio one day and took a waterfall tour at AXR Jaco (Tony was a great guide!). We mostly just enjoyed our first time in Costa Rica and kept it pretty chill.

This unit at Diamante del Sol, was a perfect stay for my family to end our 10 day Costa Rica trip. the place was comfortable, the location made everything walkable, and the view was beautiful. Thank you Kevin and team, keep up the good work for others to enjoy this place.

Wonderful place with tons of space and a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful patio with great views. Walkable to the Main Street with shops and restaurants.

Felt very Secure upon arrival and during stay. Beautiful outdoor pool area with bathrooms, good lounge chairs, clean pool. Views from decks beautiful, interior furnishing very nice and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to mist all, shopping, restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place. The condo is beautiful and has an incredible view, everything was just as pictured and very clean! My older son rented a surfboard from a local surf shop and had a great time surfing Jaco and Hermosa beach while the rest of us enjoyed all of the amenities. The hosts were also great in providing info on local tours and offering to book them as well. Location of the condo is great, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops, would definitely stay here again!
