The house had everything you needed to be comfortable and enjoy the tranquility, the beach, the sunsets and the local food. Communication was always fluid and effective. 100% recommended.

Krystin's house is super nice, clean, and well-equipped. We had a great vacation at his place; you can see the stars at night from the pool area. Their service and communication were excellent. We would definitely come back!

The House was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and didn’t have to contact the owners for anything during our stay. We highly recommend this home for anyone who wants a comfortable and relaxing hassle free vacation!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house was excellent and the area was great as well. Everyone in the neighborhood was extremely friendly and we loved hearing and watching the birds! Krystin was extremely responsive and we felt at home.

We had a wonderful stay at 78 Las Brisas. The house is beautiful with high end furnishings, elegant and tasteful. The pool is very clean and the patio has comfortable furniture and lovely limestone tiling. The bed is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. There is lots of living space and the house is bright. Air conditioning works well. Krystin is a kind and generous host. We had a few issues which she was very quick and responsive to. Fantastic location steps to the beach. Not far from Cobano where there is a MegaSuper to buy your groceries. There is a good health food store, Tienda Green World in Santa Teresa. We love Costa Rica, third visit here.

Krystin's place exceeded our expectations. Great resort, very clean and spacious home, 2 minute walk form the beach with very easy acces (and very quiet while we were there), great walking beach (roughly 3 km each side), we felt very safe at all times. We thouroughly enjoyed the exterior kitchen area and pool... we will defnitely return if we are back in the area !

Great amenities. There is a tent, chairs and a cooler to take to the beach which is very close to the house. The pool is private and has shades in the afternoon. Will stay again.

We can't say enough great things about this space. The house was wonderfully equipped. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, from the cooking utensils to the spices and oils. The backyard was equipped with a BBQ and outdoor sink, the pool was maintained daily. The outdoor shower was a welcomed feature, allowing us to rinse ourselves off after time at the beach. The beach was a 3 minute walk from our front door and was basically deserted every day. The ocean was warm enough to be bath water. After talking to some of the other residents, we discovered that the beach here is part of a turtle rescue. We missed a baby turtle release by only a couple days. We can't say enough good things about Krystin's home. She is an excellent host and made our vacation a breeze!

This place and the hosts were 100% amazing. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and provided a lot of relevant and valuable information. The place was amazing, and it was all that it promised to be. I would highly recommended renting from this host and this place they offer. Our family of 5 had lots of room, enjoyed the home, the pool, the beach, the community, etc. We had such a blast. We took part in 8 excursions and the hosts provided us with lots of information to book them. It was such a quiet and relaxing vacation. I would definitely come back and rent this place again. The beach is close and huge with great swimming all along the coast. You can fish, swim, paddle board, body surf in the waves, go to the local restaurant and grocery story. There are many local things to do and see like waterfalls, ziplining, horseback riding, snorkeling, etc. You can rent a golf cart in the community, go golfing etc. A great spot and it has my highest recommendation.
