We felt right at home! Close walk to the ocean, place was easy to find with Ubers, the beach is private, we felt like we were the only ones there and loved it! Felt safe and relaxed!!

We had a great time! Not far from downtown and it's a 7 minute walk to the beach. We arrived it was super clean and it's a very peaceful area. Pool was really nice. The host was very responsive!

Nice spot close to riu resorts and taxis. Great view and clean unit. Would definitely recommend. Pool area was nice and outdoor communal areas.

Great place, responsive hosts!

The condo was very clean and met our expectations. Getting to the beach was a bit of a walk on a dusty dirt road or a uber ride which wasn't that difficult. The resturant that we loved which was fairly close was El Huerto Farm to Table. The area felt safe. We would stay here again.

Condo was great. It’s just up the road from the Santa Fe RIU. It’s on a dirt road so a little dusty. Easy to get Ubers, close to Cabo . Host was available any questions we had. Great restaurant around the corner Higos y Olivos (figs and olives)

Check in was very easy. The host was very responsive when we had questions. My wife an I were pleased with the location, and the Condo. We wanted a quiet place, and that's what we got! The rooftop pool area is beautiful with views in all directions. Once we were oriented, everything was easy. Sadly, both my wife and I got sick on our second day, so we were specially happy to "suffer" in such a nice place, with easy access to the rooftop pool, to get outside in the sun, no matter what time of the day. We used the kitchen for almost all our meals. Easy location for Uber pickup and drop-off. Easy walking to the OXXO to get small supplies. My wife was happy with the beach access, a relaxing 10 min walk through a beautiful hotel. The building staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator is quick, and we usually took the stairs going to the roof, as it was only 2 flights. Having What's App is useful, for communications with our host and others in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It is an easy walk to the beach but make sure that you bring your own beverages and shade!

Property was as described. It is located w/in walking distance to quiet section of beach and several nice eateries. Condo was quiet and clean. Host was responsive and proactive. Hope to stay again next time.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with security at the entrance & sliding doors that open into the living room. Comfortable patio, well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Water in both showers are backward, hot is when it’s on cold but the hot water easily made it through 4 showers. The only issue we had is the neighbors dogs bark at 5:58-6:05am every morning, we laughed that it was our alarm to get our day started. Rooftop pool area is beautiful, we sat up there & watched the water & whales. When using Uber make sure you set your location, they all want to go to the Riu. Would happily stay here when we come back to Cabo. Incredible place & hosts.
