It’s a great house! It has everything needed to spend some wonderful days out of the city and close to beautiful beaches. The host was very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our time there! The area is very quiet and safe. Awesome place to stay—highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay and the hosts were super helpful resolving any issue we had. The house is beautiful and has all the commodities that we needed to make our stay in Coco unforgettable, and more.

very comfortable, clean and well conditioned house; in addition, good service from the hosts. A good point for quick access to different beaches and shops. The private pool is clean and very nice.
It is a very safe, tidy and clean house, in it we found everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation. It is located near several beaches and just 5min from supermarkets. We hope to return
The place is nice spacious, the private pool and back deck nice. Bedrooms according to the photos. Very well equipped kitchen There were some issues with drainage issues: slow water out of showers and toilets and this smells bad but they still work. Dishwasher has trouble draining leaves the water built-in; one of the A/C was dripping non-stop and almost could not be used, due to drainage problems We did not think it was correct when entering that they have us sign a contract because the Air B&B system is already the contract, no other contract should be signed to the owner. When checking out, the person in charge did not accept that we leave before 11am for personal reasons of their availability, however we had to leave early for the trip we had to take and we proceeded to leave the house locked and the keys inside the side window frame, sending photos of the point so that it could locate them and access them outside.
The house and pool are fantastic. We really liked it. We were able to move very well to different beaches in the area and make a different plan each day.

Excellent place to rest on your vacations, fully equipped home, near to best beaches at Guanacaste, Kathya is an excellent host, Recommended !
The villa is very nice and has all the comforts to rest and enjoy the holidays. The location offers the possibility of having tranquility and close proximity to many beaches or entertainment centers, but if you prefer to have family time, the pool and its meals will invite you to relax and enjoy.
The house is beautiful but there are things that could be improved and invested, more for the rental price, such as the kitchen furniture that is old and even cockroaches we stumbled, also the armchairs in the living room are like sunken with us that are. Other than that, the rest was clean and tidy. They left me with the refrigerator that was damaged, it didn't make ice and I was bouncing water. They said in 2 days they had a new one and it was, but they didn't mention that it wouldn't be possible to connect for 12 hours and that they would have to disassemble the door and the gate to enter it, which we obviously didn't give up because we had perishable food that couldn't wait 12 hours. They also don't have blankets anywhere, just sheets. Kathya's treatment was good at first, she was very comfortable with communication, but when she went to receive the house she was rude, indifferent and we didn't really like it at all. We don't know if it was because of the fridge, but those are things that must be scheduled at a time when there are no guests, nobody wants to vacation and be in a mess at home... the idea is to forget stress and just enjoy the holidays.
