We originally paid $1300 for 3 nights but got here and knew there was no way we could stay here that long. We changed to two nights and Gregory was great about it. There was so much trash on this island and it was very rustic- like just be prepared - maybe other islands are better because the we toured around the next day and it was awesome. We went to two different islands that were super clean and a natural pool which was awesome. The food at the other islands looked better too. Maybe Waili just has a lot to do... and for your kids to dive into water and snorkel just to find cans and bags of trash it was very disappointing.

San Blas es un lugar hermoso y rústico los nativos de San Blas han mantenido las islas como hace más de 100 años atrás, nada ha cambiado pero es imposible escapar del impacto del hombre en la naturaleza y aveces las olas pueden traer basura de otros sitios eso sucede en cualquier playa del mundo pero nuestro equipo de trabajo intenta mantener esa situación a raya. El hospedaje incluye mucho más que sólo dormir en la isla, los guías de la zona, los tours a otras islas y piscinas naturales, las comidas y la flexibilidad de cumplir cualquier pedido que los huepesdes tengan si esta a nuestro alcance. Muchas gracias por tu critica constructiva nos ayuda a tener un mejor servicio.

Very rustic, unique but pleasant stay on private island. I really enjoyed the location, staff and the food was wonderful. This island was a great choice for travelers looking for a calm and unhurried atmosphere. I would recommend this island. I do have to say two negatives to my trip. The car ride to the port is on a horrendously bumpy paved road for 60 minutes. I worst I’ve ever been on. I was shocked by the trash on the islands. I traveled to 3 differently island on my visit and all of them had a trash problem in my opinion. I thought future visitors should be aware. Overall I was vey happy with my stay.

Thank you very much Leo, regarding the details with the garbage, it is due to some visitors who are not careful with the environment and since we are on islands far from the city, we try to collect everything that the visitors leave and several days a week we leave these wastes where they are adequately treated.

What a peaceful, beautiful retreat! Talk about getting away from it all! They were so kind to help arrange transportation from our hotel with pick up, driver, and boat to the island. Our accommodation was simple and exactly as expected. They were able to accommodate my diet (no meat) and the food was delightful. So happy for this night away!

Absolutely fantastic! 10/10 can’t wait to come back! Gregory and Ivan and Joseph and all the other crew members were so great! They took care of everything we needed and the experience was incredible! Do not miss this, even if you can only go for two days! Amazing! 🥰
