Loved this stay! The house has direct access to the beach which was ideal for morning walks and for my 7 and 10 year old nieces to play. Although the beach isn’t swimmable we didn’t find this an issue as we prefer pool swimming. The hot tub was a great touch (takes a bit to warm up but actually gets really hot!). The house itself was super cozy, loved the art, and each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. Felt safe and private with the gate. Only a short drive to the town of todos santos.

This is a perfect place to stay in Baja. The hosts are kind and responsive and the home has everything you could need for a great time. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The space was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It was easy to settle in right away, and the overall vibe of the home made it a great place to relax after being out exploring. A big highlight of the experience was the hosting. Vicente y Priscilla were truly outstanding. They made check-in simple, proactively ensured we had what we needed, and were consistently available without being intrusive. They also recommended several great restaurants nearby, and every suggestion we tried was a win. Overall, this was a smooth, high-quality stay from start to finish. We’d gladly stay here again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Casa Gaviota more! It is a beautiful home, fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable visit and the location can not be matched. We spent the days lounging by the pool watching whales in the distance, taking long beach walks and then heading out at night to the many great restaurants nearby. Vicente and Priscilla are super friendly, responsive and attentive hosts. Highly recommend this spot and we hope to return.

Beautiful home with spectacular views. Watching a “super-highway” of whales breaching right from the pool deck and balconies was truly unforgettable. The setting strikes a perfect balance between feeling somewhat remote and still having easy access to great local amenities. Food lovers will appreciate stocking up at Agricole, which offers excellent produce, wine, baked goods, and coffee. Don’t miss the outstanding dining options in Todos Santos—Jazamango, Oystera, and Vino Park are all well worth the trip. Be sure to go fishing, too: we chartered a panga out of Punta Lobos and had fresh fish for lunches and dinners all week. Vicente and Priscilla were warm, welcoming, and very responsive hosts.

This is a beautiful, private spot on the sea. You travel down a dirt road (SUV needed) to arrive at your oasis. The place is secure and spacious. The pool area and living areas are well designed for a group. We loved exploring the area, walks on the beach and the great restaurants and cafes down the dirt roads.

We had the most spectacular stay in Pescadero. Perfect location for a group of three adults and two tweens. A car is definitely necessary, but we were so contented staying local, we barely noticed. Beautiful home, super communicative host, and magical area. Can’t wait to return!

I love to travel, and this might be might very favorite AirBNB of all times! Do not hesitate a second to book this incredible place!! Vicente and Priscilla's home is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. My husband and I were accompanied by my 21-year-old daughter and 86-year-old mom and all of us agreed this was our best vacation. We had an incredible week relaxing in the outdoor area while looking over the ocean (and seeing so many whales!), we cooked meals in the very well-equipped kitchen and went out to eat at restaurants in the immediate area and also to beautiful Todos Santos, only a 15 minute trip by car. The beach is pristine and walkable for miles with lots of wildlife to see. The beds are amazingly comfortable with the softest sheets. Vicente is very communicative and helpful. I could go on and on. We will be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Paradise – The Perfect Beachfront Getaway! I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, and WHALES was pure magic. The attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable—plush beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and a welcome basket with local treats! What also made this stay exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, providing local recommendations, organizing a private chef, quick responses to any questions, and even accommodating a last-minute request with kindness and ease. If you're looking for a dream beachfront escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back! Book it—you won’t regret it!

A very nice house in a great location. Right on the beach. Walk about 20 feet and turn right or left for a beautiful beach stroll. Well equipped kitchen, spotless house, secure parking and air conditioning in every room. My only comment is the pool is unheated, and during our visit in early February the pool was too cold to use. However the hot tub is awesome and we spent lots of time soaking and looking out at the whales cruising by. Vicente is a very good host, very responsive.

Vicente was the ultimate host. He arranged massages, and a private chef dinner for five of us during our stay and was very understanding when we needed to make changes to times based on our needs/travel times. The house is superb. We were a family of five: three older children (13, 22,25) and us. Everyone was happy with the layout, beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. I made Christmas dinner for us given we didn’t expect to eat out on that day. Everything was there for a full breakfast and dinner including spices, oils, utensils and cookware. They then provided one deep clean during our four night stay which was greatly appreciated as there is no dishwasher. Easy check in, amazing sunsets, gorgeous beach and a ton of food options close by! A few of our faves: Shaka's Delicious Wood Cantina y Galeria Sr. Beans Cafetería The Original (coffee + breakfasts) Tre galline (Italian in Todos Santos was outstanding) We can’t wait to go back!

Vicente was very responsive to a couple of unforeseen issues that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend. Location on beach could not be more perfect.
