Clean and comfortable, felt like an authentic Cozumel experience, away from tourist activity. Some good restaurants nearby, a bit of a long walk to town, would recommend a car for this location.

Stacie’s home was just what we needed! The location was great, being a mile from the downtown. Plenty of parking, living room space, a well maintained pool, and a rooftop to catch the sunset with a view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was a good place to stay. Just across the street from Sting Ray Beach. Easy walk to downtown or cruise port area. Spacious condo, clean and well equipped

Super location! Very nice, felt safe and comfy. Close to Blue Angel and Serranos for dining. Lots of space. Wonderful sunset views from rooftop. Sparkling pool—well appointed villa.

Stacy and Andrea rescued us after arriving from the states and our stay canceling. They were very welcoming. The sunset views were amazing from the top floor patio. The beds and linens were so comfy. The pool and hot tub were the best after a morning of diving! Very safe and comfortable. Andre recommended many great places to eat and they were all 5 star! It was the best vacation and so grateful the original place could not host because we won with this one!

The apartment was excellent. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen, the pool area, the BBQ and the roof terrace, also great location and excellent amenities. Best of all was the kind and helpful service provided by Andrea!!!!

The house is spacious, well-stocked, and in a great location right across from Blue Angel. We enjoyed the pool, felt safe with the gated entry and evening security, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. That said, there were some issues that would keep me from booking again. The Wi-Fi was unreliable downstairs and nonexistent upstairs, making remote work impossible. The electric gate has no manual override when the power went out, we were stuck inside and had to pay for cabs, even after asking for a gate key that never arrived. This felt like a serious safety concern. Other inconveniences included no lamps anywhere, not enough hooks or racks for towels inside or out, a very uncomfortable bed in the smaller upstairs room, stained bedding (clean but still visibly marked), no extra bedding for the pullouts, and a tiny trash can with no proper outdoor bin or recycling. The location is great, but for the price I’ve stayed in other homes nearby with better amenities.

Thank you for your thorough review. We are so sorry that we didn't meet all your expectations. On the amenities we have already ordered many items you mentioned. Thank you so much for the feedback. You mention two issues we had no immediate control over: All the home owners were unable to exit via the car gate with the island wide unexpected blackout. We have since received a video of the location and operation of the car gate key so that this never happens again. We deeply apologize that this happened for the first time during your stay. The other was the internet. I have two routers in the house as I also work full time when I am there. Andrea and a technician arrived soon after your message to repair the lower level. The master was fine but two concrete walls away. We are exploring a nest to solve this. We are so sorry this made work challenging. Again we apologize that we did not meet all your expectations and hope you will reconsider booking with us again.

My family and I from New Zealand spent two weeks at Casa Cascada and loved it!!! Stacie, Andrea and Rosie were fantastic hosts and had great recommendations for food and fun things to do. We hired a car and explored the island and received quick responses from our lovely hosts when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again when we return to Cozumel. The photos don't do the place justice, it's nicer than it looks. Very comfortable, and safe. The service upon arrival was very good, friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. A great place to stay if you go for several days, it's practically like a home.
