We had a great experience. For a beach house, it was in perfect condition in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, which really surprised us. We had absolutely no problems with insects, and everything was spotless. The location is excellent, both for enjoying the beach and for golf lovers, as it is very close to the clubhouse. It is a very comfortable, cozy house, perfectly suited for families. It is also very well equipped, with special mention to the quality and quantity of the towels and the fact that it has all the necessary cooking utensils for a comfortable stay. The decor is very nice and thoughtful, and the host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Plus, it's a great option for those traveling with pets. In short, a highly recommended house that is comfortable, clean, well located, and with everything you need to enjoy a few days of beach and golf. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience at Villas Decameron. The facilities and pool are very nice and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and Ms. Eva was always friendly and helpful. A perfect place to rest and enjoy with family or friends. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Great golf course! Even included a golf cart for only $50 for the entire stay. This is our second stay. Love the pool!

The house was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The personal touches, like the paintings and decorations, were lovely and really made us feel at home. The space is ideal; between the patio, the pool, and the house, there was more than enough room for the family and the pets, so much so that we didn't feel the need to go out. Eva was very helpful at all times. He responded promptly to any issues, and communication was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We would definitely come back, and we recommend it!

Eva’s place had everything needed for a remote working getaway and a dog! The fenced backyard was fantastic and internet was reliable. The space had everything you needed for a long term or short term stay. The home is located inside a gated community which has security guards at every entrance. Rental of the golf cart is a must which makes travel to the beach and nearby market very convenient. Only downfall is that access to the Grand Decameron property was very difficult. There are a few nearby restaurants and places that will deliver but we made the most of taking a taxi to Playa Blanca and Buenaventura which had some really nice restaurants.

We love the homes at Playa Blanca and Eva’s place met all of our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable home. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had all essentials and beautiful plates and serving platters. A peaceful backyard with a pool and nice seating areas. This is a home and place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The surroundings are great for a walk or run. The beach club is accessible and has a really nice pool and great beach access. Most of all Eva was a wonderful host with great communication and was incredibly attentive and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's place in Río Hato. The property is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable—ideal for a family to relax and enjoy the space. We had already been in this area years ago and we were happy to return and see how much it has grown. The location is very convenient, with lots of new stores and businesses nearby, so there's no need to go far. Eva is an excellent host: friendly, attentive and always available. What really made her stand out was the way she showed genuine concern when we went through an unexpected medical situation with our elderly mother. At that time, he made us feel that we were not just guests, but people, and that meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for your treatment and would definitely stay here again.

Great pool for kids. Very spacious. Plenty of A/Cs to cool the place down. Kitchen was adequate. BBQ was in need or replacement, but Eva was straightforward when asked about it. One of the three burners did not work. I have no issue with this. It’s a BBQ in a rental, renters don’t always take the best care… and any owner will want to get the most life out of any appliance before replacing. Great access to golf. The course was great! But clubhouse/pro shop was underwhelming. Overall 5 stars, would rent again!

Eva's house is very well equipped both inside and outside . we were 7 and we had where to be all the time . I was struck by the amount of towel there was for both the bathroom and the pool . You can tell it's a home they use . lots of art everywhere too. We feel very comfortable at home and will definitely be back. Eva was very nice to noaotros all the time and super quick to answer the chats.

We had a fabulous time while staying at Eva’s. she was VERY responsive to all our questions and answered very promptly. We would definitely return in a heartbeat. LOVED every moment. Her place is very private, super clean, homey and spacious. highly recommend staying with her. the location was absolutely perfect for our golf adventures and close to restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable market and a mini mart.
