Enjoyed our stay at this place for four weeks with our two young kids (6 and 8). Loved the pools. Condo living areas were modernized. Kitchen well-equipped. Good TV service available with some English language channels (hbo). Hosts allowed for a late departure when our departing flight was delayed, which was much appreciated. Occotal beach was preferred over Coco for me.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Verde! We visited with a 4 year old and 7 year old. We all loved the pools as well as the beach. The home was exactly as pictures and was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the gardens, animals as well as the lovely staff working there. It was 10/10 all the way! I highly recommend Casa Verde to anyone. You will want a car most likely as the location is close to the beach but a bit for from town to walk (especially with little kids). Thanks again for the awesome stay 😄 💜

The apartment was exactly as described and in the photos. It was clean and well cared for. The neighborhood has a lot of retired expats, and the infinity pool at the top of the hill was gorgeous. I definitely recommend having a car to come here, and the easiest beach to swim in the area was Playa Hermosa

Had an amazing 2 weeks here!!! Irene and Paul are very responsive and helpful. Staff at the complex are friendly and helpful. Had one noisy neighbour but security took care of that issue quickly. Howler monkies right outside your condo, so awesome 👌

Very nice accommodation, very clean, fully equipped kitchen. The site and pools are well maintained. Hosts are friendly and quick to respond when needed.

Getting to the location was easy, however it was hard to find out place because there are lots of buildings that look identical and we weren't given a suit number. We were able to figure it out after some trial and error. Besides that the place was one of the nicest and cleanest in Costa Rica that we stayed at.

What a fantastic time Steve & I enjoyed at your little slice of paradise. Steve has already said that is probably his favourite vacation. We got to see monkeys and swam in waterfalls. and hot springs and more. Truly, Thank you Irina & Paul for the stay. Best Regards, Stephen & Steve :)

Great stay, spacious, comfortable and good location. The infinity pool is beautiful. We saw many animals, including parrots, monkeys and gray foxes (very rare in the Region) Ideal for guests with a car. We felt safe and the owners responded quickly. I absolutely recommend it!

Had a great month and a few days at Casa Verde. We had a bit of a problem finding the condo, not knowing the unit # , and not knowing that someone would be there to greet us, but I did mention this to Irina and so that will be corrected for next guests, I’m sure. The location is a bit out of Playa del Coco so we found we needed to have transportation. Taxis cost around $6 USD one way, so that can add up. We rented a gas golf cart for the first couple of weeks, but did not like that mode of transportation so then rented a car for the remainder of our stay. Adobe Car Rental has a special rate for Villa La Colina residents ( found this out talking with other owners and renters there) so it is worth while letting Adobe know to use the Villa Colina account.The condo is well equipped and Irina was quick to answer any messages we sent. I would have liked more comfortable outdoor chairs ( padded) on the patio, and a bbq, but maybe Irina can upgrade that sometime! All in all, great stay.

Beautiful, impeccable and very comfortable accommodation in a quiet and beautiful condominium. The apartment is just as the published photos show: spacious and well-lit rooms, an excellently equipped kitchen and a wonderful living room for all times. Complete in every way. The two bedrooms with their respective two bathrooms are perfect for a comfortable stay for four adults. The balcony is a plus to spend time outdoors looking at the greenery and the pool. Paul was always attentive to our comfort and was very kind with his suggestions and proposals. Superhost and 10-point accommodation. Super recommended!!!

This was a wonderful condo to call home for our week long stay in Costa Rica. Communication with Irina and Paul was easy, the staff and security on the grounds was fantastic and the stunning views from all sides of the condo were breathtaking. Watching the howler monkeys during a sunset swim in one of the pools was truly amazing . The condo itself is very nice-beds very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and organized and the furniture tasteful and cosy. Thankyou Paul and Irina for sharing your little piece of paradise. We hope to be back.

Perfect location, beautiful place, super close to one of the most breathtakingly beautiful beaches-- Ocotal Beach. We loved everything about this apartment and property. The pools are pristine and the neighbors are friendly.

An amazing stay in Costa Rica! We stayed for a month and it was a perfect! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, and Irina and Paul were very helpful throughout our stay. If you are looking for a place in Costa Rica, look no further! Will definitely be back!

Place was lovely and modern updates throughout. Location quiet and peaceful. Close access to town, beach was a bit too far for walking in the heat with all the stuff we bring with us. Excellent host, very responsive and full of good information.
