The ranch is super nice, spacious, and clean!!! I like that the rooms were clean and spacious, and also have TV, AC, etc. Highly recommended!!!!!

A great place. Everything was excellent, just as described. Only the cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Everything else was perfect.

Very spacious, beautiful and clean place. Don Manuel and his wife are very friendly and helpful. You literally open the door and you're on the beach. It's a very private beach with little traffic, but it's spacious and beautiful for walking. The pool is very nice, not so cool, and very clean. It even has lights. The rooms have bathrooms, and each one has its own TV and air conditioning. The beds are clean and spacious. I loved it. I will definitely save it as a favorite to come back. 🥳👏🏻

Outdoor amenities for the house are decent and it’s the only part that reflects pictures. Living room space it’s tiny and nothing compared to the wide zoom photos, biggest problem the sliding patio door does not close fully and lets mosquitos into the house. Sketchy construction details allow ants into kitchen area. Bathrooms are not vented, smell like sewer when you take a shower and do not drain properly. Bath rooms are dirty and not finished as shown on photos. Two of the bedrooms had sand and hair under the pillows from previous stay. Towels were old small and worn out. If dissapointment, this place should not be rented for more that $300/night

The place is quite spacious, it is quiet, and they provide good service. The person in charge of the place would constantly come by to ask if we were okay or if we needed anything else. We were able to order food from nearby places. As a personal recommendation, given the distance between Guatemala City and the Airbnb (if you go by car), it is worth staying more than 1 night to fully enjoy the place, as it is quite secluded. :)

The villa is very nice, spacious, and it was very clean, with everything in perfect condition. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. It has good access to the beach, which is ideal, and the pool is large and very clean, perfect to enjoy as a group. The maintenance of the facilities was excellent. The property is very well cared for. Issac, the person who looks after the villa, kept the pool clean, took care of the lawn, and made sure everything was clean. Issac was always looking out for us and making sure we had everything we needed—he was an excellent host 🙌 I definitely recommend this place for a wonderful beach vacation 🌴☀️

The property is spacious and has easy access to the beach. It is quiet and perfect for resting and relaxing, and for enjoying time with family and friends.
