Juancho is an excellent host; he is a considerate, respectful, and friendly young man who responds quickly and resolves issues promptly. I would stay here again with my family without a second thought. Thanks, Juancho. See you next time.

The place appeared to be nice at one time and the host was accommodating however it did not live up the expectations due to poor property maintenance. The view was nice, and the host was nice to let me use a surf board since the board shop was closed down the road. Host lived upstairs. Laundry. A used towel was in the shower and did not find any other towels besides the three for each room. (3 people staying) Bedding and pillows smelled of BO odor or like an old set of bedding that needed replaced. Bathrooms- not clean. stained shower glass faucets not working properly, leaking water. Master bathroom shower quit working last day. Up stairs Toilet running, had to turn off water. Pool- cloudy, could barely make out the bottom. A/C worked in the bedrooms, but the owner would turn them off remotely throughout the day. Laundry- dryer heater element was broken unable to do laundry Kitchen- Toaster was broken Sink faucet missing handle Island sink- inoperable

We loved the ocean view from the dining room, and the kitchen is very spacious. We really enjoyed the private pool; you could see birds in the morning. The rooms have spacious closets, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay with everything you’d want - beautiful space, comfortable beds, macaws and monkeys in the trees, and walking distance to good food and coffee. The upper level was a touch warm even w the a/c running but the bedrooms were cool. There is a fairly steep hill you’ll need to walk to get down to restaurants. Animal was one of our best meals of our CR trip!

Had a good time as a group. Very much enjoyed private pool and beautiful scenery and surroundings. Would definitely love to come back.
