We had originally booked another place but upon arrival it was not safe. We quickly found this place and it was safe, clean and close to everything. We lucked out!

Perfect place for our family of 4. Convenient to everything and felt like our own private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very secure area. Super comfortable beds and the pool and hottub were amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a good hosting experience. The location is good – a little difficult to find. The space was clean, well organized, and the kitchen was quite well equipped, which made the stay very practical. The private jacuzzi in front of the bedroom was a very nice perk, and after figuring out how to use it, it was relatively easy to enjoy. Check-in is self-service, and we had a little trouble initially, but Airbnb provides a map to help you get to the place, which made it much easier. As the main point of improvement, there were no towels available when we arrived, which was quite inconvenient, especially since we depended on them to take a shower. The shower was also a bit tricky to use. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and believe that with these small adjustments, the experience could be even better. It's a well-located, clean and comfortable option for exploring La Fortuna.

Our stay at Villa Pura Vida was amazing. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The prize gem is the spotless and private hot tub and pool. A great place to relax after a day of exploring. There are numerous nice restaurants in downtown Fortuna within walking distance. A great stay and we would stay there again if we ever get back to La Fortuna.

Our stay at Villa Pura Vida was amazing! The private pool and jacuzzi area felt like our own little tropical oasis. The waterfall feature and rock design made it feel so relaxing after long days exploring La Fortuna. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Erick was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made check-in very easy. The location was convenient while still feeling private and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Fortuna!

The listing has enough to have a great time. It's close to a supermarket, several dining options, and souvenirs; very centrally located. We hope to return soon 😉

A great accommodation in a very good location. You can literally do everything on foot, and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Recommended.
