Selina Operation Atitlan

The photos they post on the listing ARE NOT THE REAL ONES , at the entrance in the post it seems that the hotel is facing the lake but in reality it is its beach club (important to clarify). When they gave me the room it was the worst since nothing to do with the photo of the publication so they agreed to give me a discount and on my second night in the room that I had booked... but the other day the person in charge already in a sober and rude attitude, I changed what was agreed, so my inconvenience was greater since I had already gone through unpleasant moments and now they were conditioning me... in the end the external team of Hotel Selina and the Airb&b team supported me quite a bit to be respected. Outside of that late episode with the hotel manager and that was not what I had booked; the hotel is very nice, it has quite a few amenities, it's comfortable and the concept is amazing. I hope to go back to another Selina where they don't have staff with a bad customer service attitude

Unfortunately it was not what I expected in Pana, carisimo and it is not worth what I pay for the services, facilities in pesimas conditions.

The space is beautiful. The decor is amazing and we loved what Selina offered for entertainment, it’s great location, and the ambiance. However, there were a few things we didn’t like as well. For instance, there were no Eco-filters in the rooms or common spaces. We couldn’t drink water without asking the people at the bar. The bathroom still had hair in it and it had poor lighting. The people who worked there were not very attentive or hospitable compared to other places nearby. We expected more for what we were paying.
