This house was perfect for our family. It was a great home base allowing us to travel around the area, visit nearby beaches but also enjoy local restaurants. You can easily get to adventures as well such as zip lining and Rincon Volcano. It is also very easy to get to convenient to the Liberia airport. I would be remise if I didn't mention that awesome host who greeted us and saw us off on the last day. Also appreciated all the local tips they provided. Lastly, the house itself had everything we needed between 2 adults and 3 kids. The view is unforgettable. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Responsive and easy communication with Rosalyn and the local management team. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and the view terrific. We were unfortunate to have arrived to noisy roof repairs on the next house literally a few feet from the pool area. Rosalyn and the team were really helpful and understanding and annulled the rest of the stay as we had mentioned needing a quiet place. Of course neither Rosslyn and the team had any way of knowing in advance of the repairs and reacted swiftly, fairly and pleasantly. One small note to families with small children: there is a lot of art throughout the house and so requires rather disciplined kids who can be considerate of the furniture and artwork. There is also a couple of places where vigilance with very small children is needed as there are a couple of dangerous drops from the walk from the garage to the main entrance. Not a problem for us but if you are the worrying types perhaps not a place for you.

Rosalyn, your home was excellent! Rooms were great, beds very comfortable, the pool was awesome, the view was unbelievable, and the memories we made were priceless! Corby made sure we were well taken care of! For anyone looking for a beautiful home at a great price, this is the one! Look no further! We loved returning from excursions each day and were treated to the poolside and view! The pictures sold us, but we were even more impressed in person! We celebrated mine and my wife’s 50th with my brothers and sisters, and we would love to rebook in 5 years for our 55th! I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but there was no way I was not going to for this one! We hope your beautiful home is available for us in 2029! Pura Vida!!!

I'm looking for negatives and can't figure it out. Exceptional view, exceptional house, friendly staff service. The eight adults and two small children who stayed in the casa left delighted and full of beautiful memories …until next time .

Four adults and three teenagers for a week. Perfect place for a large family. Lots of common space inside and out. Surreal views and wildlife on display. Very clean and convenient to beach, restaurants, and local adventure. Car is a must. I would highly recommend this house.

My family was extremely happy we had chosen this place as it exceeded all of our expectations. The view is beyond amazing, the outdoor seating and dining options were comfortable, and the house is well stocked from the kitchen, bedrooms, to baths. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. This place is definitely outfitted to accommodate a large family (6-8 and possibly more if there are young children). We took the advice of a previous review and hired Gerson to prepare us a Christmas Eve dinner. He is excellent and our dinner was superb. Look for him on @GerlisKitchen. It was one of the many highlights of our trip. Our Lazy Lizard catamaran sunset cruise Playa Flamingo was another highlight. Our only feedback for this place is improved lighting, (mentioned in reviews) especially in the kitchen over the sink and to repair or replace the dishwasher as it never cleaned the dishes. We did communicate this to Corby, the property manager, who was very responsive to us.

Wow! Amazing place to wrap up our 2 weeks visiting Costa Rica. Amazing views! Great location for beaches and restaurants. Very well equipped. Felt like royalty for 5 nights. Hoping to come back again next year!

The views are unmatched. We’ve been to many beautiful places around the world and very few come close to the views at Casa Williams. Waking up early in the morning with a cup of coffee and relaxing on the loungers reading a book and listening to the sounds of the rainforest… coming home was hard. Howler monkeys! They are up every morning and every evening. Very cool. The house was nice and the beds comfortable. I wish we had more pillows as my husband and I like to each sleep with 2-3 and there were only 2 per bed in each room. We snagged the kids’ extra and it was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed and accommodated our private chef well. The only complaint is the lighting. Would love more available overhead light in the kitchen. Breath taking views and a serene setting. The photos really don't do this place justice. The view is amazing, especially from afternoon to sunset - as it heats up, the infinity pool was perfect to cool off. Very close by car to beaches (Hermosa is 5 minutes) and activities. We took a boat tour and couldn't help but notice that Hermosa was the only green cove at the end of dry season. The house layout was perfect for our 3-generation family of 9 including Americans and Ticos. Everyone was impressed with the amenities and decor upon arrival. My wife and I especially appreciated one of the two bedroom suites (red room with nudes on the wall, glass wall/doors to the view and porch, huge WIC, double shower). As we settled in, we did notice a lot of neglected maintenance items that somewhat detracted from our stay, unfortunate (broken pool recliners,clogged shower heads,racoons, etc). The reply from local management (not Rosalyn) was dismissive - end of their high season.

This house boasts truly fantastic views. Sunset was behind the hill, but the sky lit up with beautiful shades that varied each evening we were there. Stars were stunning throughout the night and early morning. The outdoor area had ample seating and offered plenty of shade and airflow to enjoy the space all day long. The pool gets great sun. The spa / hot tub was not working during our visit, but hopefully they get the part to have that fixed soon. We woke up to howler monkeys in the distance and magpie jays coming to investigate the area and it never got old. The kitchen offered all of the amenities needed and there is a grocery store conveniently in Hermosa just minutes away or multiple options in Coco less than a 15 minute drive. The slope is pretty steep down to the community pool; about half our group considered it walkable, while the other half preferred to drive down. There is a coffee shop and ATM conveniently at the entrance of the community. Overall fantastic stay!

If you are considering Casa Williams and trying to pick from other stays, save yourself the hassle and just book here now! The pictures online are beautiful, but don’t do the property justice. The place is absolutely the most amazing home….you will have no regrets! Check in was a breeze, house was immaculate, spacious and had every single thing we needed. The views cannot be beaten! Our children (ages 15, 14, 12) enjoyed the pool and patio all day long. It’s close to Hermosa Heights (restaurants, beach, shopping and supermarket) yet incredibly private. We’ve officially upped our AirBnB expectations after this stay!! Don’t miss out!!

Where to begin…. First off let me say, the pictures posted of Rosalyn’s property do not do the location justice. I wish we could post our own pictures…Everything was so much better in person, the view, the decor, the pool, the glass sliding doors…my girls and I could go on forever. We had such an amazing time from the very beginning with planning the trip to our actual stay at the property. Rosalyn is very prompt and thorough with her communication for booking and even provides a detailed manual about everything with the property to make check in and check out as smooth as possible . Also upon arriving there, the property manager (Corby) provided quality customer service. She was even available for the minor mishaps that we incurred with the plumbing and AC. She had workers come out to fix the situations without hesitation. Just a minor note for all that do decide to stay in CR in general, CR bathroom plumbing is not like the US, so be mindful of how much TP you utilize. Overall we had an absolutely amazing stay! The amenities provided are top notch. We also took part in the spa services listed in Rosalyn’s helpful excursions contact list…we all fell asleep and/or were well relaxed at the mercy of the masseurs hands lol. The other excursion that we took part in was BUENA VISTA via www.costaricabesttours.com. That was an all day excursion that included beautiful scenery, cultural tours, zip lining, horseback riding, waterfalls, water slides, hanging bridges, natural spas, lunch, snacks and ROUNDTRIP transportation!!! Jose was the best tour guide ever! We even decided to do a boat tour to various beaches around the southern coast of CR with him a couple of days later. As for other tidbits of info, check out Coco Beach (15 mins away by car) for some great bars, food, and music. Our favs were Zi Lounge and Coconutz. Also there is Roberto’s in playa Hermosa which is 5 mins from the house by car on the beach. Note: there still isn’t much nightlife due to the pandemic, so everything closes early. I highly recommend renting a SUV while staying at Rosalyn’s….I mean it’s so easy to navigate CR and get to everything from the airport to the house, beaches, stores, etc. Note: The hill that the house is on might seem a little intimidating at first but it is easy going after you’ve done it the first 1-2 times…I mean if construction trucks and motorcycles can make it up there (I’m just saying)…you can too and it is SO WORTH IT to stay at Rosalyn’s property. There’s so much more that we could say but we don’t want to give it all away… ;) so you’ll just have to see and experience it all for yourselves if you get the wonderful opportunity to stay at this beautiful property… the epitome of PURA VIDA!!!

The property is much more beautiful in person than the pictures portray. It is so tranquil sitting out on the deck or in the pool looking at the ocean. I woke up early every day to take in the view while listening to all the birds. This is a perfect location within a short drive to several beaches. It was a great fit for our family of 7. We could have spent our entire week at this home relaxing. Corby was wonderful with communication and made check-in easy. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Very nice house, 100 clean, spectacular view

This is our second time renting this property. We really like it. Rosalyn and her property management company are easy to work with, and very responsive. We will definitely keep an eye on availabilities for our next visit(s).
