Bliss Villas

We had an amazing stay with our 5 kids. We hired chef Nelson and his girlfriend Nancy and they were incredible - restaurant quality. The home's caretaker Albert was super helpful lining up transportation to and from the airport golf carts to head into town, fishing rods and bait, chef, and a boat to the homeowner's caye. We have a special needs daughter and Albert helped set up a second bed in the master for her. Every morning seaweed was cleaned from the beach. We loved the dock and pool. Truly a special property.

The blend of tranquility, luxury, and convenience made it the perfect place for our family to relax and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service. Having Albert next door was an added bonus. He was incredibly helpful, really like a concierge - offering local recommendations, arranging for massages, fishing trip, and even offering to drive us if we needed it. Another highlight was Chef Nelson, who prepared many mouthwatering meals for us throughout our stay. Albert also arranged a boat trip to Caye Ranguana, where we spent the day snorkeling, relaxing, and taking in the breathtaking blue water. Snorkeling alongside a sea turtle was a magical moment that we’ll never forget. Another big shout-out to Francine, who kept the villa spotless and always made sure we had fresh towels, She went above and beyond.

I think its the nicest place to stay in Placencia. There is not one thing my family disliked. The location is perfect, close enough to get to anything on a golf cart. The house is immaculate well-kept and clean. The safety and privacy are top notch. We stayed a week, and I saw one person walking on the beach. With all that being said, Albert the caretaker made the trip as great as it was. He is available as little or as much as you need. We had him arrange transportation to and from the airport. He had a golfcart at the Villa when we arrived for us. Albert arranged all of our tours, and the pickup point was at the Villa, he was even able to have the horseback tour operator bring the horses to the Villa and pick us up on the beach!! You will also have the option to have Chef Nelson come and cook for you. We had him three nights, every meal had plenty of options and were delicious. This is one of the best properties and location we have traveled to.

We can't say enough about our stay at Villa Ranguana. It truly was even more than we expected. The house and property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. We felt incredibly cared for while there. The property manager, Albert, was so friendly, checked in often and helped arrange any excursions/transportation we needed. His wife, Francie, was a joy to talk with and kept the house so clean during our stay. You MUST request Chef Nelson during your stay. You will not regret it. His food and service was 5 star quality. We didn't even want to go out to a restuarant because the food he prepared was so delicious. There is so much to do on property and in the area. There were 10 of us, 4 adults/6 kids. Most of our time was spent in the pool and ocean, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, and playing. We rented golf carts and went into town (Placencia) several times. You MUST head next door (walk or golf cart) to The Flying Pig. It's a fun little local bar with lots of local personality.

We had just a terrific vacation. The team could not have been more helpful and Nelson our chef was fantastic!

Amazing location and beautiful beach. Extremely nice manager and house keeper. We had a private chef, Chef Nelson, booked through the villa. He was fantastic, awesome cook and baker.

We had the most amazing week staying here. The house was everything I expected and more. We felt as if we were on our own private island. Surrounded by beauty and peace we defiantly did not want to leave. We were taken excellent care of by Albert and Francee. We loved every minute of our stay there.

Stay here…. We absolutely had the best time. Unbelievable setting and close to EVERYTHING. Albert the caretaker next door and his wife Francee who keeps up the house are amazing. Use Albert before you come…. Have him help with the right rental car, getting fish (seriously) and anything else you need before your stay. Also go to the island that the villa owns…. It is spectacular and the snorkeling was amazing. We loved every second.

An incredible place with an incredible host. They did everything they could to make our stay special, easy and enjoyable!

Words cannot express how great our week was. Albert and his family are so amazing and sweet! They went above and beyond anything we had expected. Truly a beautifully kept property and location. Unlimited ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for sure!

We had a wonderful week at Villa. The caretakers, Albert and Francee were very friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. Helped with local recommendations and bookings. Chef Rey was arranged for us ahead of time and he was fantastic. Delicious food, very friendly and accommodating for our family with varying needs. We had 4 kids ages 2-6 with us and they loved the clean pool and beautiful beach right at the property. With the exception of a little bit of stress for slips/falls when the (beautiful) tile got wet on the stairs and outdoor sitting areas, I'd say it's very family friendly - a perfect place a larger group of friends or multiple families with kids. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a great time at the Villa. The privacy of the Villa is fantastic. A great place for a family gathering. Albert and Franci were fantastic, friendly welcoming and assisted with any of the little things we needed. And Archie is a great yard companion that my daughter enjoyed. Will recommend Villa Ranguana to others.
