No words can really describe this place but it was breathtaking and beyond perfect! We frequent all over Nicaragua and this place probably stole our hearts the most! Loved having separate space for the kids and adults to all spread out. The staff was so so nice and helpful! We cannot wait to come back and stay for a very long time! Highly recommend and great for families or groups as well!

Amazing place! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. Beautiful villa in a very peaceful surrounding. Great communication from the host and the property staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we did not book a longer stay.

If you want the Peace of the mountains mixed with the intensity and joys of the beaches of San Juan del Sur, this is the perfect place!

We had such a nice, peaceful stay at Via Villa Vilma. It felt super calm and relaxing the whole time, exactly what we needed. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, you can really feel the good energy. We loved our stay and definitely hope to come back again. Highly recommend 🤍

Very good place

This villa in San Juan del Sur was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, the views alone had us in awe — truly something special to wake up to and wind down with every day. The home has a beautiful rustic, authentic charm that gives it so much character. It feels warm, inviting, and perfectly in tune with the surroundings — not overly modern, but in the best way possible. You really feel like you’re experiencing something unique, not just another rental. Everything we needed was already there, which made our stay super comfortable and stress-free. The space was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. It’s also about a 15-minute drive from the main downtown area of San Juan del Sur, which we actually loved — close enough to get to everything easily, but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and those incredible views. We stayed 2 months at the house and wished we had booked longer. It’s set up so nicely for bigger groups and it has a very private oasis feel. The massive front porch has space to sit and enjoy a meal, comfortable seating areas and a hammock that we all fought over. It’s the most beautiful view of hills and jungle and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Elia was such a wonderful blessing. She’s so sweet, kept the house and outdoor areas so clean and looking beautiful every day. She did our laundry, made beds, cleaned linens, kept the kitchen spotless, and was so helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything! Chango worked hard on the property and it showed. Pool was clean and inviting and the grounds were all well maintained. He was so quick to get the generator running as soon as power would be lost (as it so often does in Central America). He had everything running smoothly our entire stay. It was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

This property is stunning! Our family felt right at home and loved the privacy of having different buildings to spread out. The views from the front porch were spectacular, and there are tons of hammocks and lounge chairs to relax. Host gave great local recommendations which we appreciated. Although the dirt road to get there is bumpy, we made it fine and it wasn’t too far from the town of San Juan (about 10-15 minutes). AC in every building and warm (not hot!) water is a huge plus. Only complaint is that the smaller house/apartment has tons of windows and is very bright early, so sleeping in is difficult, and the curtains don’t glide and cover all the glass so not great privacy for night. A really beautiful property with tons of tropical plants and trees. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Peter!

This house is beautiful and a great quiet place to go and just be surrounded by nature. House is great well maintained. The terrace has a spectacular view in general and especially for sunset. Kids loved the pool & it is in the shade so it is quite cool. Pros. Location, quiet and private Great Kitchen Yoga Pavillion Wonderful breeze (we didn't use the AC in the house at all) Tons of outdoor space with lots of seperate areas. The ice machine (this was an amazing bonus & now I want one for home). Elia keeping the house and linens clean We had an issue with a shower head & they had someone replace it the next day! Cons The road there is a B grade road for the last like 1km. Not terrible, just a lot of ruts & bumps. (we had a 4x2 Toyota Rush and it did fine). Rainy season I'm guessing is another story. The hot water doesn't really make it to the outside bathroom down by the pool & only sort of works in the Honeymoon suite. Not a big deal just how it goes. Overall 10/10!
