This was my family’s second time staying here - the beach is magical! We had the house for our family of 6 and my parents stayed in the guest house…it was great!

Amazing, wonderful and definitely all that we had hoped for. The pool is beautiful, perfectly clean and not overly chlorinated. Partially shaded, amazing temperature 10/10 loved it. We stayed for 8 days and the pool was maintained a couple times during our stay. Comfy lounge chairs, umbrella, great BBQ area. Even found some weights so I could get some workouts in! The beach access can’t be beat. Not only is it just steps away, but that stretch of beach is just amazingly beautiful. The trees, the rocks, the vibe, so good. Nice walk down the beach to Dominicalito for ceviche and smoothies. Lots of lizards, iguanas, butterflies and birds in the yard. Beds were very comfy. Pillows were comfy. My biggest complaint is that I didn’t get to a couple activities I hoped to do while I was in the area because the Airbnb was so nice we didn’t want to go anywhere. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Greg!

I wanted an Airbnb right of the beach and this place did not disappoint, the beach area was awesome but I will warn anybody who comes here if you want to go swimming use Gregory's beautiful pool and not the ocean. The currents in the ocean are no joke, its incredible watching the waves crash against the rocks and plenty shady areas to kick back and watch but you have to be careful about how far you wade out. Gregory has a very nice set up for grilling by the pool and a cozy charming place to stay and most importantly to us the A.C. cooled down quite nicely! Gregory was very responsive and willing to help out anyway he could and gave great references on where to go out and eat.

Small house that is part of a residential complex with the owner on site. Let’s say it was less private than we expected. Mattress needs refreshing, and the property smells. The location is amazing, with the pool and the sea just around the corner. I recommend it for a family or group of friends. It's more of a resort where you do your grocery shopping, and you need a car. Thank you so much, Gregory 😀

Lisa und Chris have created a Little paradise. Pool is Great. Barbecue is top. The House is Extremly clean. The bed. is Perfect. We had a Perfect Stay. Greg and Lisa have made our 6 days stay absolutely unforgettable.

Greg’s place is a piece of heaven . The location is great to visit the main attractions around or just chilling at the beach.

Beautiful casita in an outstanding location! Greg is a wonderful host and we hope to return!

Gregory was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive to our many questions. The guest house was exactly as he described, completely stocked kitchen, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs all included for use. Having access to laundry was great. The pullout sofa was adequate for our 15 year old son. The guest house is just steps from the beautiful beach and approximately 1/2 mile walk down the beach to the main part of Dominicalito beach for great swimming and surfing. The only downside is the noise from the road just above. The tractor trailer trucks use their brakes at all hours and are quite loud.

Really nice place. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

We absolutely love this place. It was our second time staying in this house. Greg has created a perfect little slice of paradise: gorgeous gardens, inviting pool, secluded beach. The house is clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and a well appointed kitchen. It is like something out of a movie. Greg is also super helpful and responsive: knows all the local secrets and places to go. Very highly recommended.

Wow!!! What an absolutely beautiful piece of paradise! Greg and Lisa were fabulous hosts and always there to help if needed. We cannot say enough about how the place was kept up. The pool was wonderful, the access to the beach for phenomenal! Steps away from the beach with breathtaking views! 100% we will be booking again with our little family of three! They were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! Truly such beautiful souls. Thanks for an amazing vacation! See you soon!!

I was in the cottage with a deck and beach & pool view. It is a beautiful location if only the hiway noise didn’t interfere. Big trucks like to use their Jake brake and can be LOUD, so I’m warning you. Otherwise the pool is clean & perfect. Greg is a good guy. Also turn on the propane if you want to use the dryer. Several iguanas poolside ….

We loved staying at Greg’s! He was so friendly and provided suggestions for things to do and information about the local area. The location is amazing right on the beach with miles of beach to watch. The location is great with easy drivability to multiple areas to explore local culture and shopping. We couldn’t recommend Greg’s place more. We loved it!
