The site is exceptional. The whole family fell in love with it. A courtyard and a great pool. Tania was exceptional. Thanks to her, we had a relaxing and very well-organized vacation, just as we wanted. Everything went beyond our expectations. A perfect vacation. Go there!!! Thank you for everything.

great place

This place is spectacular; it's very nice inside. It's a condominium, so there are other apartments on the property where more people are staying, but each one has its own privacy. My friends and I weren't bothered at all. The place is beautiful; it has a pool, and there's a reception area where the girls help with check-in and check-out. They're very friendly and helpful. It's very close to everything, and you can enjoy walking around the city and seeing its beautiful architecture. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it.

Great location, super lovely complex. Really appreciated the flexible checkin and great communication when we needed a last minute place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely pool, comfortable furniture. Two notes to help others plan. The “small fee” for laundry was $15 usd which surprised me. But laundry service is available at your door. Electricity costs in Nicaragua are high. This is in no way a reflection on the host or condo - they provided a clear meter reading any time. It was almost $10 usd/day for just nighttime bedroom a/c . Enjoyed our stay - likely to return!

Beautiful and private condo complex with a wonderful courtyard! The staff was great and extremely helpful, the location was super convenient, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed and lovely overall.

The best place I've stayed in Granada. Everything was excellent, highly recommended to visit that beautiful city if you're looking for security and tranquility, very close to tourist attractions and excellent restaurants

This was my second stay at Codominios Xalteva and I enjoyed it as much,if not more, than my first stay. The staff at the Condominios are extremely friendly and helpful and they do an awesome job of maintaining the property. Tania in the office is always available to help with any matter; she is extremely professional and kind. The fact that there is 24 hour security on the premises is a huge plus and helps guests feel safe. Jay's second floor condo has an awesome view with ample breezes continuously blowing from the lake helping to make the days pleasant and comfortable even in the summer.

We loved this place and had an amazing experience. We did think we were getting 2 queen beds and did not. One room double , other 2 singles bedroom but in making up for that the condo was probably the nicest location in complex. The electrical not working in either bathroom. Minor inconvenience. All in all , loved this place and very nice neighbors made us feel very welcome. Would return for sure!!

It was a wonderful time at Xalteva again!- I've been there 3 times and- - I hope to come back next year! The house,the apartment meets my needs in everything,the 'good spirits‘ of the house ,Nadja,Ivanca,the doormen, just a pleasure!Thank you!
