We very much enjoyed our stay at Infiniti Bay. The reef is truly so close to the beach. Water was super clear. Pools were fantastic. The included breakfast was also fantastic. I found the booking process to be fairly simple. My one reason for not giving a total five stars is we had quite a bit of trouble at check-in. I am not sure exactly what happened, but the resort did not have all of the members of our party and kept trying to charge us extra, even though we had already paid for them. They also said we hadn’t paid anything even though we already had paid through Airbnb. I was informed that one of the people checking us in was fairly new, but I did see her speaking with her manager, and I continued to be told that there was a problem. All this was after 10 hours of travel with young kids who were extremely cranky. Outside of that moment, though, things were fantastic.

Abraham, we are so very sorry for the stress that Infinity Bay staff caused you by telling you that you needed to pay for an extra guest and that you hadn't paid at all and wouldn't check you in. We called the resort's reservation manager immediately after you messaged us on Airbnb and he explained that the staff member was new and didn't understand the protocol for Airbnb guest check-ins. We told him that you had waited for at least 20 minutes with young and very tired children and that was not acceptable to treat our guests that way. We asked him to apologize to you personally for the added stress and delay and to do something thoughtful for you as a small token of his sincerity. He responded that you had only waited about 5 minutes and you were being checked in as we spoke and nothing else needed to be done. We argued with him to no avail. Again, we are so sorry that Infinity Bay staff caused you such stress and that upper management didn't even apologize or do something to show their sincerity even though we were adamant that they do so. We are still upset on your behalf and will be talking to the resort owner about this.

Great location. Easy access to beach. Snorkeling off the beach was the best. Restaurants within walking distance. Condo was clean and spacious. Thank you! We will be back

Cari was wonderful to work with. (Did not have an opportunity to work with her sister but I am sure she is just as pleasant. ) The only glitch we had was really not their fault - we had been put in one of their units where workers were doing loud work during the day. As soon as I reached out to them, Cari and Danetta at Infinity Bay had us moved into another unit away from the noise within hours. New unit was very nice inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on going back!!

Our group had a lovely time staying at this AirBnB. It was in an amazing location - right on the beach and if you enjoy snorkeling, you can swim right out to the reef and see a ton of fish/squid/eel/etc. The resort staff were kind and the resort (walkways, lobby, pools, etc.) were very clean the entire time we were there. We enjoyed having the all inclusive breakfast and gym access included as well. The unit itself was very spacious and had two large balconies to enjoy. We wish there were a few more kitchen utensils but the front desk was helpful in that regard. The hosts were very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. They gave clear instructions on checking in/arriving at the resort. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed this condo. The host as extremely responsive and helpful with our stay. The hotel is beautiful and perfect for a couple or a family. Beach and pool access with snorkeling right off the resort. We really enjoyed this area!

We enjoyed are stay at Infinity Bay along with the daily breakfast, huge pools and proximity to the beach. We loved walking along the beach for easy access to multiple restaurants.

We have stayed in multiple locations throughout Roatan and have done Direct Resort Bookings and Airbnb. This was by far the cleanest, easiest check-in, and best location we have stayed at in the 12 visits we have made to the island. We will definitely stay at this location next time, and will book with SilverSisters!!

The Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen can use better cutlery and the towels could be better. We weren't happy about the location of condo 907 with it being close to the lobby vs the beach. Also, the sliding glass doors has issues locking. But otherwise the room was fantastic. Cleaners came every day. West Bay is a great destination for snorkeling, diving, relaxing and family time. The resort itself could be better in some ways but not the Hosts' fault.
