We had an amazing stay at The Palms Villa 29! The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic, and the entire property had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay special was our host, Mike. He was absolutely amazing—extremely responsive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend The Palms Villa 29, and especially Mike as a host. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars all around!

Great experience. This is such a lovely place with visitors from all over who are enjoying a peaceful vacation. Lots to do. The hosts recommendations were great and the concierge was so helpful. The housekeeping service and massages really elevated the experience. Kids toys and games were there which provided entertainment for my littles. The loft was very high which scared me, but my big kids loved it. Very easy to just arrive and relax. They even had basic spices, some essentials for cooking and things like pancake syrup. You can tell this is a family home and is loved. We would love to return. Also the hosts were so responsive, getting back to me within minutes. Sunsets were incredible. Take the trip ✈️❤️🌅

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed (and more!). The grounds were gorgeous- a perfect escape!! The welcome guide with information made for a flawless experience. Cannot wait to visit again!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Villa 29! I cannot recommend it enough. Mike and Julia went above and beyond with recommendations and information. They basically had the whole trip lined out for me. Kevin’s mango banana smoothies are wonderful too! Just book the trip!

I’ve been traveling with kids for almost ten years, and I truly cannot recommend Mike and Julia’s place enough. The location is unbeatable - literally just a few steps from the beach. It’s incredibly convenient for families: a pool just steps from the apartment, an outdoor and i indoor shower downstairs, and a very well-equipped kitchen at a high standard. There were even toys for the kids, which made such a difference. The service from the hosts and staff was absolutely amazing -everything you could possibly need is taken care of. We had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment!!!

Our family of 4 with small kids had a wonderful time. The hosts were extremely accommodating and the house was just amazing. The pool was fabulous (excellent for both kids and adults, plus there is an adult only pool as well). Having the ocean right in front made it extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back in the future. The rental also comes with a wonderful concierge team, they were so helpful in getting us wonderful dinner reservations, last minute tours, fixing any issues with the rental (as were the hosts). I would definitely give them 5 stars for care of their guests!

Costa Rican Paradise! Felt like a home away from home. Immaculately clean. Such a beautiful location on the beach. The view is just gorgeous. The beach and water are excellent for swimming and jumping in the waves. Friendly, responsive hosts. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Palms 29 was an amazing spot for my family of 4! It’s equip with everything you’d need for kiddos and the ideal location to the beach/pool! Makes it so easy to pop back and forth for naps or snacks. Mike and Julia were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We went to many of the restaurants they recommended and they were all excellent.

The Palms (Playa Flamingo) is peaceful, tranquil, and surrounded by natural beauty, It's a perfect place to slow down and unwind.

Definitely a slice of paradise

This was our 2nd time at #29 and it didn't disappoint. Not only is this one of the most well-appointed villas at The Palms, (we have seen several), but there is literally nothing extra you need to bring. They have hairdryer and kids sand toys, umbrellas, an essential oil diffuser, coffee pots both in the kitchen and the master bedroom, independent a/c unit for each of the 2 bedrooms and the main areas, beach towels, extra linen, a safe for valuables, the BEST loft mattress in the 6 villas we have now seen (this is VERY important because some were very thin) and a phenominally responsive concierge at your beckon call. And the bartender the pool 6 days a week named Kevin is an artist. Villa #29 made our wedding week so easy to relax and enjoy this beautiful country once again. Mike and Julia are very responsive and although we faced a few challenges (small things), it wouldn't have been a wedding week without a few bumps in the road. Thank you for sharing your villa with us!

We will absolutely be staying here again. Not only was the location perfect for us, it was also extremely clean, and had plenty of extras such as blankets, pillows, and sheets. Sometimes at an air bnb the hosts provide the bare minimum and I am left to run to the store to buy extras. That was absolutely not the case here. We could not have been happier with the service, comfort of the amenities, the onsite concierge, and overall stay. We are excited to return for our annual trip next year.
