Stunning stay. The home was gorgeous and had incredible views. Everything we could have ever wanted: huge infinity pool overlooking the mountains and ocean, spa, home gym, outdoor kitchen and dining, spacious bedrooms, balconies and outdoor living spaces everywhere. On-site housekeeping was amazing and attentive but not intrusive. Neighborhood felt secure. This was probably the most incredible vacation home we have ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to recommend it or to stay here again! You cannot go wrong here!

Wow! Gustavo, Moises, Beatriz, Mileidy, and the other staff filling in on their days off were incredible. The food and value that Gustavo and Moises provided were wonderful. Beatriz and Mileidy kept the place perfectly clean. It truly was a vacation because of the staff.

We had a wonderful visit. Kelly was amazing in suggestions from food to activities and then on top of it she set it all up. Yanitza was our housekeeper, who was beyond amazing she made breakfast, cleaned daily and did laundry each morning. She additionally helped out with anything local

The team was very helpful, kind, and responsive. They helped coordinate our rental car pick up and drop off at the house. The location was great. Gated, upscale, felt very safe. The home shows a little bit of its age, but is generally in very good condition. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction across the street that ran from 8am (sometimes before) to 4-5pm every day. We were offered a relocation or a refund of part of our stay for the inconvenience. All things considered, it served all purposes other than the peaceful retreat we were looking for. When the construciton nearby is complete, I’m sure it will be very nice and relaxing.

This place was definitely a wonderful experience for our group. Check in was easy and they communicated very well and fast for everything. Beautiful location on the beach and walkable to restaurants and a coffee shop as well! The chef cooked us amazing food and the sunset views were amazing! Truly a lovely place to stay with plenty of room and accommodations and very comfortable beds! I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking!!

We had a great stay at Casa Royale. The location was great. Direct beach access with few people on the beach. The home was better than the photos. Rita was our cook and did an amazing job! We had a great stay!

We were 6 people (4 adults and 2 children under 3 years old) that spent a week in the home for our holiday! Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house. It is a very clean and well appointed air bnb but in our opinion is not a true "5-star" property. If we could, we would rate it 4.5 stars, as there were some minor issues (moldy ice machine, tired furniture, etc.) that did not impact our stay but in our opinion a 5 star rating is only for flawless properties. Pros Clean property Well appointed kitchen - we cooked several meals and had all the utensils, appliances, etc. that we needed. Very private/quiet neighbourhood Concierge service was excellent, our contact was Kelly and she was so helpful. She helped us book a few excursions and was great with local recommendations. Cons About a ~15 minute walk from the beach, further than we anticipated. Space is smaller than it appears in the pictures. Wear & tear - (broken chairs, moldy appliances, worn out furniture, scuffed walls)

We stayed with a group of 11 (including 2 kids) for a week in Feb 2026. The house was fantastic with plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean & comfortable, the chef services were a tremendous value for us, and having free access to the laundry machine was extremely helpful for packing light. The staff was responsive and helped us to arrange golf carts for our stays (which were ample for getting around Potrero and as far as Brasilito for us). The kids loved the pool and having the beach right outside of the back gate was phenomenal for sunsets. Very easy walking to a number of restaurants. If you're on the fence then I strongly recommend this house for a family vacation

1 family of 4 (50, 47, 18 & 21) and 1 family of 5 (51, 49, 23, 22, & 21) shared this home the 1st week of Feb 2026, it was GREAT! The option of using the pool or being on our own slice of the beach was so enjoyable. There are services galore included with this stay, a daily pool boy, gardener, twice-daily chef (Rita, we all loved her!), twice-weekly housekeeper, and a nightly onsite personal security guard 6p-6a (Freddy, my sons loved him!). I should note, of the 2 main-floor master bedrooms, only 1 has a king-bed, the other king-bed is downstairs. There is a woman who does on-beach massages right at the corner of this property. We rented a golf cart to get around but there is lots within walking distance as well. we would rebook in a hearbeat, however, we'd come some of the cheaper months to be able to save some cash OR come here twice a year, OR stay twice as long, for the same money, one week is almost a tease this place is so awesome! ;-)
