It’s a basic hotel room. Do not expect any view. It’s located in a heart of San Jose. Do not recommend to come to this city with kids. We felt uncomfortable. All the buildings in metal gates. Since we made reservation thru AirBNB it took them 25 minutes to find the actual reservation. Breakfast is not included.

We didn’t realize that this Airbnb was actually a hotel, and that would have been helpful to find it. It is on a busy street and parking was difficult to find. The hotel did not initially respond to my questions of where they were located and how to check in, and we ended up just walking into hotels to see if we were in the right spot. Once we checked in though, this place was perfect. There was parking for our vehicle and it was close to shopping and restaurants.

Yuliana's stay, Hotel Balmoral ... Walking distance to EVERYTHING ( theaters , restaurants, bookstores , in the heart of San Jose Centro . It was a pleasant stay ( more than you can imagine ) Since you enter the customer service is excellent , they give you recommendations , they guide you. Rooms are very spacious and impeccable. At the end they gave us a basket with fruit , cookies and juice ( a big gesture ). Highly recommended ! #ApoyemosLoLocal
