What a gorgeous place to stay! It felt like the house was newly built and decorated. It was close to restaurants and everything else we wanted to do and yet felt very peaceful and safe (there is a private gate to get into the property). We took a guided night hike that was just down the road which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is so peaceful and beautiful. The grounds are fully manicured and maintained. The home itself is well appointed and is as described. We felt overall that it was a great deal for the money. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely great, but you need your car for everything

This is a beautiful air b and b! The house worked well for our family of four, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do in Monte Verde! Please note that it is close to a pickleball court. Whenever we were there, there was a tournament taking place. It didn’t bother us much, but it did get loud while outside from time to time. We loved the views from the deck, the carport, and the washer/dryer. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful place, location is perfect, spotless and clean. We took a walk up to the pickleball court and spoke with a few locals and everyone is so kind. We had a great two night there, the location was so great for heading to the cloud forest and town was super close. There is no air or heat but the cross wind is perfect and we never felt too hot or too cold. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Jorge’s place was absolutely perfect — clean, easy to get to, very private but only a short drive into town, and the best way to unwind at the end of our days. He was extremely responsive, even helping us find a way to get to the town when main roads were closed due to mudslides. Would absolutely recommend to others!

We had such a great time staying at this place in Monteverde, right near the cloud forest area. The host was amazing — quick to respond. Everything was super clean, and you could tell the place is well taken care of. All the amenities worked perfectly, no issues at all. My favorite part honestly was just sitting in the backyard — it’s surrounded by plants and trees, and you hear birds all day. Such a peaceful spot, really helped us unwind, especially being so close to the cloud forest. We also felt very safe the entire stay. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay near the Monteverde cloud forest with a host who actually cares, this is it. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at La Arboleda. The house is lovely, very comfortable and well stocked. And the setting is very peaceful and beautiful. We say many birds and butterflies from the back deck. The location is convenient to restaurants and Monteverde activities. We had no trouble with the driveway (any car would be fine). I highly recommend it!
