Overall experience was fantastic! The house is very clean, and the gentleman that they have taken care of the property is a total home run - he’s a hard worker and very nice. Make sure that you download Waze before you start driving because it was the only app that got us to the property. The only thing I disagree with on the listing that I that would be helpful for the next person is that it is not shared beach access in the way that you might think. I thought that it was very close, and it even shows a top shot of the beach with some properties as if the property listing is one of those, but it’s not. You have to walk the neighborhood and then cross the main road to an alley that leads to the beach. I DO have to say that, even though I thought this was misleading, the beach sunsets are incredible, and at the end of the day is not SO far from the beach. If you walk in, you have to be good with walking through mostly dirt roads with all of your stuff. Aside from that, it’s amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing. My family and I felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our host victor was very responsive and attentive to all of our questions and needs. The caretaker was amazing greeted us with fresh coconuts and was a very nice and kind person. The only downside (and only because we had small children) is that there is no hot water. The kids did struggle a little bit, but overall we all had the best time ever.

A very secluded and spacious place for six guests, located right on the beach and close to plenty of excellent seafood restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Carlos with fresh coconuts upon arrival, and Victor was incredibly helpful with near-instant responses. We all thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the private pool, TT table. Ample car parking

My stay was absolutely beautiful! The house was exactly like the pictures clean, stunning, and perfectly designed. They offered everything from transportation to massages, a private chef, and even decorating services, which made the whole experience amazing. The host greeted us at the door with fresh coconuts, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. Highly recommend!

The stay was good. The house is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well-equipped, it was more equipped than ❤️ The hostess was very friendly and we were always in communication. We would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!❤️

The house was exactly as pictured, and each room had its own private bathroom, which made our stay so much more comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and the best part was the beach access, which is right across the street! Security allowed us to park our car right at the gate, so it was super easy to just cross the street and enjoy the beach. Don Carlos was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect.

The place was exactly as described and had everything we could’ve needed for a family of 13. The rooms were spacious, all had AC and bathrooms. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes. Everything was spotless, Victor was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions - overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Great place with a lot of room for a big family!! There is bout a 5 minute walk to the beach, because the house is located in a gated community. There’s a lot of good restaurants nearby.
