Great Stay!

We stayed 2 couples in the villa for 4 nights and we all loved it! Looked like in the pictures, if not even better. We also really enjoyed the common areas, the included breakfast and yoga classes. The cafe serves excellent lunch and snacks as well. All personnel were super friendly and helpful with arranging transportation, local recommendations etc. Only downside was that we could hear from the bedroom when large trucks passed by on the road since Balance is located close to the entrance of El tunco (however great location in general). But a small minus for an overall great accommodation - would definitely stay here again if returning to El tunco.

Had a good time staying at the Villa. We had our own private pool and private area with plenty of code locks on the doors for an added sense of privacy and safety.

We had an amazing stay at this outstanding home, the accommodation is secluded which is exactly what we were after and had all the amenities described. The team were all super responsive and helpful with anything we needed alongside recommendations. Would stay here again.

The private villa was perfect for our girls trip. The private pool and outdoor shower were great to have after days and nights out in el tunco. We took advantage of both the yoga and surfing lessons on site which I’d highly recommend as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and very responsive! Can’t wait to visit again.

Great villa inside a hotel with yoga classes and a cafe which serves delicious healthy food during the day and delivers the food to the villa. The private pool was amazing. We left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Cleaning services everyday in the room which was great. The bedrooms are quiet and dark for a great nights sleep. Highly recommend !

Stayed in the villa for a week with two of my friends, it looks exactly like the pics. Very clean, very well maintained. Highlights are definitely the pool, the outdoor shower, the air conditioning, and the super helpful staff that seemed to always be around. Also the wifi performance was overall very good, some mornings seemed a little slower (folks taking meetings perhaps?). Definitely would stay here again, looking forward to when I can return.

Great times memories were made here! Adrian was extremely responsive and helpful especially given many covid related concerns. My group utilized the entire property although the yoga studio was closed due to covid. Marcos and his team were up every morning tidying up the property, cleaning out the pool and putting back patio furniture due rain from the night before. The rooms were clean and had attractive decor. The location is great and a very short walk from local shops, restaurants (some tuned night club), bars and (rocky) black sand beach. If you’re a surfer, stay here. Surf lesson were offered although we did not have time to take advantage of that. Overall a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing place, super reliable. Exactly as in the pictures. My friends and I enjoyed it. Marcos was phenomenal, always very attentive and available to help. Anything I needed or ask, he was always able to respond and help. Pros: clean pool and outdoors, very clean and spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, great location, very quiet place, privacy. Cons: kitchen inside the rooms could be an inconvenient due to cooking smell and noises.

The home looks exactly as the pictures and even better.

Highly recommended. Clean, safe, and without a lot of outside noise from nearby accommodations.

The best choice for celebrating our wedding. We are glad we found it, we loved it so much for our stay and for the event, and our guests also enjoyed the place very much. The rooms are great for sharing with family, renting the entire villa. The garden is a paradise, and the surrounding amenities are unbeatable. We're definitely going back - as soon as it's available - to celebrate more family and friends events. We recommend that the garden area be more illuminated, just as we did for our event. This would give more visibility to the interior for people who walk along the beach. Thank you so much for fulfilling our dream of getting married on the beach.

This place is exactly like the photos! So beautiful, so clean and so close to the ocean. Our family had such a wonderful time here and we even wanted to stay an extra day. The whole villa is perfect for your family and friends! There’s air conditioning and speakers that we used to play music throughout the day! I would definitely recommend this place to big groups.

This Airbnb is stunning! There are three separate rooms. The bunk beds are full size not just twin. Very clean and close to everything in town, but still a quiet little get away 😊 I went with a group of 6 total and we were all comfortable and enjoyed ourselves! I cannot recommend it enough!
