Mauricio was an incredible host! He went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable, providing detailed check-in and check-out instructions with helpful photos, videos, and diagrams. He graciously accommodated our early arrival and even offered a late checkout! The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family group. The pristine private pool was a huge highlight for relaxing and having fun with the kids, and the layout gave everyone their own space while still allowing us to enjoy time together. The pool and foosball tables were also a huge hit! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also fantastic, just moments from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica, Playa Blanca. We couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation. We highly recommend Mauricio’s Airbnb and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Mauricio, for truly an amazing experience!!!

We spent 3 nights at the house, Mauricio 5☆ He was always there when we sent him a message. He was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The house is great. The best way to spend a few days in Playa Mantas! Location, security, convenience and comfort! We had a great time and look forward to coming back! Mauricio is an excellent host, attentive and very friendly. Casa Iguanas is excellent!

Excellent place. There are many more things than you imagine. In the kitchen, there is everything: a grill, a music speaker, and a cooler. In each room, there are pillows, blankets, and towels. Don Mauricio is very attentive and responds very quickly to any questions. I would go again on my next vacation. I recommend it to 1000%.

Beautiful house located close to the beach (about a 15-minute walk). The photos perfectly reflect reality. We were a group of 13 and had a great time as a family, especially enjoying the pool and terrace. Mauricio was a remarkable host: always responsive to our questions and very flexible with schedules, which we particularly appreciated. We would recommend this house without hesitation.

The house is very nice, very clean, private. Mass on Saturdays at 5 pm, 200 meters away. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one restaurant nearby and they don't allow pets, plus the prices are a bit high. The host is excellent. The house is a great option to rest.

It's exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a very comfortable and centrally-located place, with several entertainment options to enjoy with family or friends. The service was very friendly and responsible. 100% recommended! We will definitely be back, we loved it! If you are traveling with children, the pool area is excellent, as it has safety gates that help prevent accidents and provide adults with greater peace of mind.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful houses we have seen. It's very spacious, with a very comfortable pool because of the space it has for children. The rooms are very comfortable and all spacious, with the air conditioning working perfectly, in addition to the spotless bathrooms. The pool table is very well cared for. It was what we had the most fun with. The house is fully equipped with everything and in excellent condition. In addition, the main TV in the kitchen is huge and has apps for watching movies and World Cup games. We went to Playa Mantas and the area is very nice. The beach is very well maintained, the sand is clean, and it's very close to the house (we went on foot). The security at the place is excellent. We felt very comfortable with that. There were some bicycles that we could use to go for a ride. It was fun. Don Mauricio was very kind at all times, respectful, and gave us all the directions in a clear and effective manner. We had a great time there and we will definitely return.
