We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The grounds were stunning and provided a peaceful, private atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, which made our experience even more special. A special thank you to the groundskeeper, who was phenomenal throughout our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and care for the property did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our experience. What made this property especially unforgettable is that we were able to host our beautiful wedding on the grounds. The setting was breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of our lives. Our guests were impressed by both the beauty of the property and the serene surroundings. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a special stay. The villa was absolutely stunning — beautifully appointed, immaculate, and every detail felt intentional. The kind of place that sets the tone before you even unpack. Mike was exceptional. He made the entire experience effortless — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Having a host that communicates that well and cares that much makes all the difference. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend without hesitation.
The property is not all inclusive nor 5 star. However, the service is five star and the assistance offered for ala cart items made it feel all inclusive. From the time we booked, over a year in advance the owner reached out to confirm that we did not think it was for the upcoming year but a year out. When we arrived at the airport we got our golf carts, was guided to the grocery store, and then to the beautiful home. This is a home where the photos are a clear representation of the property. The full kitchen was heavily used and 5 bedrooms to accommodate our 5 couples. The grounds are maintained and trash is collected daily, and if there is anything you need, there is someone on-site to assist you. I was very thankful that there were fishing poles provided and all the amenities listed are available The home is further away from the city (what we wanted) but still close to other attractions and restaurants. On the Caribbean sea side so there will be sea grass. We were pleased!
This rental is perfect for a large group. Lots of space to spread out and to other to hang out. The pool was fabulous and right out the front door. We really enjoyed the private pier. It was fun to get picked up for our snorkeling tours at our place. Jairo, the groundskeeper, was a gem. Super helpful, hard-working and friendly. There were a few things that could be tweaked. We were a group of ten and there were only 6 beach towels. (When Jairo found out, he went to town and bought several more. He was awesome!) The kitchen, while it had a lot of random gadgets, had one pan and only a handful of silverware. We were told there'd be two fishing poles, there was only one. Little things that didn't break the trip but also would be nice when paying for an expensive rental.
The place is great. The people are even better. Jairo and his family are beautiful people. They take amazing care of you.
Fabulous waterfront mansion! Loved it. There was a small problem in that we never got more than lukewarm water but all else was absolutely wonderful.
We had a great time and loved staying at Aurora Villa! Patrick was a terrific host, Mike was very helpful arranging transportation (golf carts & local flights), making suggestions for bars and restaurants and Jairo was so incredibly helpful to have around the house. We would visit again.
Caretakers were incredible and extremely helpful with every task we never had to lift a finger and had everything we needed for our entire stay, I highly recommend them
Mike and his onsite assistant were absolutely amazing. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is definitely a must come back. Everything was 120%
My stay at Villa Aurora was nothing short of AMAZING. Mike ensured everything was booked and ready for my vacation from the point of arrival. carts, dinner reservations, excursions were taken care of by Mike which made it so much easier. The villa was beautiful everything was as expected. pool was great with private dock which we used for one of our excursions. Jose the caretaker and his wife were great. they were there when you needed them to help and ensured all amenities were provided. they even did our laundry lol. over all the stay was great and i would definitely return to stay at Villa Aurora.
We visited Villa Aurora with two families for a holiday vacation. Mike, the property manager, answered all of our questions prior to the trip with an immediate response. He scheduled the excursions (cave tubing and snorkeling) which we enjoyed even though the weather was not very good during our stay. We had chefs prepare dinner for two of our meals. The food was delicious and plentiful. We ate Christmas Eve dinner at Caramba which was a highlight. We loved meeting the on-site caretaker (Jairo) and his family who were lovely. He was made sure everything we needed was provided while also respecting our privacy. Sitting on the dock together in the early morning and evening was beautiful. The house layout was perfect for our families with plenty of space to gather. The house is absolutely beautiful but the owner could improve it by providing some reasonable updates (e.g. bathrooms, living room furniture). This would enhance the stay and make guests feel the house was cleaner.
We found our home away from home! Mike, the manager of our home had set up the perfect arrangements. Our first night we had our meal cooked in house by Dan and our food was amazing. Julian and Kyra, the caretakers of the home, were so special. Julian can cook a great steak and Kyra made the sides. They felt like a part of our family and we will truly miss both of them. We cannot wait to come back to Villa Aurora, our home away from home! The house is gorgeous, the staff have become like family and we cannot wait to return. We had an unexpected incident happen with a family member who passed away in the states and everyone rallied to help us make arrangements. This is not a vacation home but truly a home away from home! We cannot wait to return. We miss you Villa Aurora!!

Fantastic relaxing stay at Villa Aurora - the property is great from house to the water. Great team there supporting our stay - the food prepared by the chef was delicious, coordinating of tours was easy, enabling fishing off the dock, etc. - it was all 'white glove'. The villa is very well decorated and provisioned - spacious and welcoming. We thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our time on Playa Blanca! Can't wait to return to this slice of paradise.

If you are looking for a large house to bring family or friends look NO further! I am also a host on airbnb so my standards are high. This place was amazing. The house is well cared for with no shortage of amenities. Jairo and Vicki are on the onsite caretakers and were absolutely wonderful. Vicki is an amazing cook and Jairo was always one step ahead of us ensuring we had chairs set up by the ocean, cooler stocked with ice for cold beer, fires in the evening, and fresh coconut. The house manager Mike attended to all our needs. He arranged all the excursions and sight seeing, made reservations and recommendations at local restaurants, had our golf carts ready to go, and so much more. We really enjoyed our stay and are already talking about returning next year! Thank you to Patrick and his team for one of the best vacations ever!
