Our stay at Gloria’s bungalow in Palmetto Bay was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were traveling for my 40th birthday and we appreciate all that Gloria and her house manager, Salome, did for us to make the trip special. They even located a free and clear laundry detergent on the island for us due to my skin allergies which meant so much. The bungalow truly has everything that you need to enjoy paradise. The Palmetto Bay area is a bit quieter and centrally located so we were able to explore the island with ease in a rental car. We absolutely loved having the paddleboards and being able to explore right off the beach at the bungalow. Roatan, its people, the sunsets, snorkeling and the food are such wonderful memories. Can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely LOVED this place. The location is amazing, the community is great, the house is comfortable and well stocked with what you need (thank you for the insect repellent), restaurant and dive shop right there. We came to dive and it couldn't have been more convenient. Gloria is an amazing host who answered my millions of questions and helped me organize our trip. Can't say enough, look forward to our next visit! Only hiccup was Apple Maps couldn't get us there, so use Google maps and you're good to go.

Second time staying at Gloria’s this year and we cannot say enough great things about this house. It is stunning and right by the community pool and restaurant, but still very private. Feels just like home the minute you arrive- we love love love it!

Our family had an amazing stay at Gloria’s beach house! It truly felt like a home away from home. The ocean views, easy water access, and peaceful location made it the perfect place for our family to relax. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, reusable water bottles (which I forgot to bring!), snorkel gear, kayaks, and board games. When we had an issue with a pan, Gloria replaced it immediately. She was always responsive and shared excellent tips about the island before we arrived. We rented a car from Avis, as she recommended, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Don’t worry if the forecast shows rain every day, it comes and goes quickly and never affected our vacation. Thank you, Gloria, for helping us create wonderful family memories. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything needed to feel comfortable, including a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The location is truly special, right on a stunning beach within a small, private community. The area feels secluded and peaceful since the amenities are reserved for residents and guests only. We loved taking long walks along the beach, exploring the crystal-clear water, and spotting fish, crabs, and other marine life right from the shoreline. If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront escape away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. We loved every minute of our stay and would gladly return. Wonderful experience all around. Gloria is a phenomenal host and Salome the property manager was so nice and friendly. Both were so responsive and provided such great recommendations! We truly enjoyed our stay. The resort area is beautiful and quiet. We loved having the pool we could walk to right next door (great food and drinks there too) and the beach we could walk on at any time. We really enjoyed spending time in the porch in the mornings and evenings. Everyone at the resort is so friendly and welcoming. We also really liked the brewery that’s just a few min down the road. Great food and drinks there as well! We really had everything we would ever need for a week long stay in Roatan. Only thing I would caution anyone (as others have mentioned) is that if you are a mosquito magnet, you will definitely need bug spray while sitting out on the porch. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place and absolutely stunning. Right on the beach and felt private and safe. We are already looking to book again!

Fantastic place, nice and quiet, good on-site dive shop. About 30-40 minutes from West End in about 15 minutes from French key. Would definitely stay again.

Gloria's home was a wonderful oasis. House is beautifully located right on the water with no obstructed view. Per Gloria's recommendations we enjoyed an in home chef and masseuse which were great. Scuba diving arrangements were convenient and outdoor shower was delightfully warm. Highly recommend...we will be back.

Gloria was so wonderful to work with. The villa is located in such a perfect spot with no obstructions blocking the beautiful view. We were connected with Salome, our local person, before we arrived. She helped with organizing scuba lessons for my husband, & arranged pickup at the airport to get groceries & then to the villa. Thank you Davis! The villa is so well appointed with everything you may need & then-some. Little book with tips & information to make your stay at the island memorable. A little hiccup with Netflix & they were on phone right away with a fix! It would be lovely to keep this little gem all to ourselves, but telling everyone we know will bring us much more joy! Go! Stay at The Little Beach House By The Sea!!! You will have no regrets!!

All I have to say is awesome!!! Great location, secure and private, beautiful house, amazing community!!! Gloria does it right. I've been to many airbnbs and was really impressed. Just as described, stocked with all the essentials and a very responsive and friendly host.

Gloria made our family feel right at home! The beach house was stunning and more than we could have asked for. The location is convenient to travel to both ends of the island, but if you don’t want to, it’s perfect to stay right there the entire time. I cannot say enough about the communication and recommendations by both Gloria and her local helper, Salome. My suitcase was lost for 5 days and Salome sent me to a very cost efficient (and AWESOME!) place to get a few things while I waited. Gloria also sent recommendations of restaurants and various things to do on our trip. 10/10 experience and we would LOVE to stay here again!

Little House by the Sea is an amazing place to stay. From the beautiful views, to the amazingly well stocked home with fantastic amenities to the pool right next door and even the island dogs, the entire stay was amazing. Gloria is an amazing host and has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as your own home. The beds and linens were amazing, the kitchen is well stocked for anything you need to cook and the porch sitting and views are excellent. Salome the property manager was available for any needs we had even helping to arrange transport to and from the airport as well as touring the island. The Cove restaurant next door has delicious food and friendly staff. The Brewery is walkable with good food and drinks as well. Eldon’s supermarket is a short ride and has anything you’d need for your vacation. Highly recommend this host as well as her home. Go ahead and book, you won’t be disappointed.

Gloria’s cottage served as the perfect home away home for my family of 4 for 10 days. We enjoyed the ocean front location views and the comfort the cottage offered. There is a restaurant next door and Palmetto Bay served as the perfect central location to explore the rest of the island. Very peaceful! Glorious is also an excellent host— very responsive and helpful.
