I really liked it! We used it to be close to the airport and it's super practical. You can also walk to City Mall for anything to buy or eat. Overall, very nice and conveniently located.

Aaron's apartment is located in a very quiet and safe place, next to the City Mall and a 5-minute drive from the airport. The pool and gym are a plus. Clean, comfortable apartment and kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. Aaron was very communicative, even allowing us to check in early, to make it compatible with our schedules. He was a great resource. I would stay again before or after a flight. Totally recommended

I stayed at Aaron’s place with my partner for 9 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was super clean, felt completely safe, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from City Mall and really close to the airport, which made getting around so easy. Despite being near everything, it was nice and quiet. Aaron was a great host, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and he made sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive. If you’re visiting the area, I’d highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Costa Rica.

Aaron was very responsive in communicating. Each request was answered immediately. The unit was clean and well organized. The security was A1 and we felt extremely safe. We liked the location and access to the stores were great. The fact that it is 5 minutes from the airport makes this a prime location. The price was perfect. He offered assistance to and from the airport and even if I needed help while being in the country. This type of hospitality should be acknowledged and rewarded. I would love to visit his home again anytime I am in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Everything clean and tidy.

Aaron’s place is in my favorite apartment complex in Alajuela. Security guard 24/7, swimming pool and elevator are perks normally seen in more expensive locations. Taxi ride is quick and cheap. The mall for last minute items is a short walk and a pandadaria is right around the corner. The apartment is a study of minimalism. No clutter, art on the walls or carpets but that’s okay. The bed was super comfortable and I wanted to steel the pillows. A few minor problems with forgotten surfaces like the vent grate but it was only noticeable as everything else was so clean. Slight musty smell because of the rains but a few minutes with the AC and the smell dissipated. I’ll be back.

Great stay for us after landing in San Jose Airport at Midnight. 4 minute drive from airport. Guards were helpful to allow us into the property. Place was clean, great to rest and recharge. Would stay again whenever visiting Costa Rica.

We booked it to spend the night before the flight to Buenos Aires, the host was responsive to my requests, answered quickly, the place was the same or better than the photos, he had coffee, sugar, tea available. The security of the complex is also very good and they helped me with some needs. I 100% recommend this place.

Excellent location a few minutes from the airport

The place very quiet, exceeded my expectations, close to the airport, easy to get to many places ... would go there again... most importantly the host always responded fast.

Aaron’s place was comfortable and clean. We chose it for the proximity to the airport but it ended up being more than just a place to sleep. It’s close to the City Mall which was convenient for food and other things we forgot to pack. We also appreciated the flexibility to check in/out around our flight times!

Very recommended accommodation!! I was with my mom for 2 months in Costa Rica traveling around the country, and Aaron's place was our final destination for the next day to take our flight and it was really great to finish our tour in this great apartment, we felt right at home, it is spacious, comfortable, it has everything you need, the beds are super comfortable, it has a pool and the whole is quite nice, the best, that we stay close to Payless where we rent our car (5min) and the airport (10min). This is a great property if you need a place near Juan Santamaría Airport. The apartment complex is quiet and just 5 minutes from the airport. I'd definitely stay here again if I need to be near the airport. Plus, I was able to get a flexible check-in. I highly recommend this place.

Great place and close to the airport.

Location is great, place seems quite new, safe, high-end. Guard at gates entrance at all times. Be aware the second bedroom’s two single beds is a trundle in a very small room. This was doable but a little uncomfortable for my young adult sons but quite suitable for smaller children. Also, the place will be much easier to access once the significant construction on the road near the mall that leads to the airport is complete. At this time, the construction adds maybe a couple minutes to drive time but it’s not bad at all.

Great place hear the airport

We loved Aaron's place. It is conveniently located, close to the airport, it has a swimming pool, beautiful surroundings, a large master bedroom and a living room. There is a security guard on the premises. We felt safe and happy.

We slept here the night of our arrival, the proximity to the airport was very convenient. The residence is very clean and secure.

Aaron’s place is great value for the rate we paid. It’s $10 cheaper per night for a similar unit in the same condominium. The place is huge for just me and my husband. The furnitures, appliances and utensils are modern and good quality. The place is clean and tidy. Aaron has great communication and very responsive. Great location, near City Mall and airport. We felt very safe since it is gated and we have a free parking spot for our rental car. The only minor issue we had is that the bathroom floor always becomes wet when you shower. However, there is a mop to dry the floor so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We highly recommend Aaron’s place.

We only stayed one night, however the place is pretty, cozy and of course very clean.

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchen, and the host was very attentive to communication. The condo is very nice and quiet, excellent to stay to rest after a long flight
