We rented this villa for a bachelorette and it was perfect. Exactly as shown in pictures. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 showers). Can comfortably sleep 9 people (with sofa bed). Towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, drinkable water were provided. Diego was very responsive before and during our stay. He provided many recommendations for different services, local experiences, FAQ, etc. We used the private van driver and the private chef experience that he recommended. The villa is well located. 10 mn to the grocery stores and 15-20 mn to the beach by car. A convenience store is at a walking distance. It is difficult to get around without a car. We did have a few issues: broken dishwasher, moldy and humid bedrooms, broken neon sign in the pool area. Lack of supplies for a long stay: paper towel, dish cloth, dishes, garbage bags. Diego was very flexible for the check-out and even provided another villa for us to stay for free as we had a late flight. Professional and thoughtful!

Staying at Diego's house was a wonderful experience, the house is beautiful, with attention to detail and in person it is even better than the photos. The spaces are very large, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is really equipped with everything, from the toaster to the blender and other appliances, the dishes in abundance and everything worked beautifully, even the wi-fi was perfect. A special thanks goes to Anngy who welcomed us with a warm welcome. He answered all our questions about the area, the beaches, restaurants, and anything we asked him throughout the vacation. It was like having a friend away from home, and I thank her infinitely because if our vacation was special, it was also thanks to her. I hope to return to Diego's house again in the future 🤗

Excellent service, always attentive to the day to day

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The place was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked through to checkout. The location offered both tranquility and convenience, making it an ideal base for our trip. We especially appreciated the private outdoor space — it was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for something comfortable, stylish and well managed.

Amazing stay! Very private from other homes as well as inside the home. So much space and areas to hang out. We travelled with 6 people and there was more than enough room where we all had our privacy. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature for the hot days. We could walk to small shops and restaurants but we barely left as the home had everything we needed. Our contact was super responsive and provided everything we needed. They were very flexible on check in and check out which made everything so easy. We all 100% recommend this place to anyone and are already talking about going back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and really enjoyed our time there. From the moment we booked, the host was very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The villa itself was just as described and looked exactly like the photos—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear that the place is cared for with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and was a relaxing space to come back to after a day out exploring. The only small issue we noticed was finding a dead lizard and a dead cockroach, but since they were already dead, it seemed like the place had been recently treated for pests. While not ideal, it actually reassured us that pest control was being taken seriously. Overall, it was a really good experience and we’d definitely recommend this villa to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed

Diego was absolutely awesome! I definitely will be rebooking in the future when I revisit Tulum. Absolutely beautiful place, very close literally a 7 min drive to all major locations and beach clubs (vegalume, papaya playa, azutik to name a few). Best experience, thank you Diego and all who assisted with the Airbnb!

This Villa was absolutely stunning , and in a great location. We rented ATVs and was five minutes away from restaurants and maybe 10 minutes from the beach. I felt safe at all times the host.

We loved this place in Tulum! Good security at the location, lots of privacy, easy transportation and great recommendations!
