Terrasol is a longstanding resort. There are very few amenities but the pool area is well kept. The condo is very dated and could use a full refresh. It is well stocked but the closets are full of ‘stuff’ and some appliances need repairs. The proximity to Marina and Centre is great and we felt comfortable walking back and forth. Angela is a responsive host and had lots of good notes.

The rental property was booked just one day before our trip, and it turned out to be exactly as described. Based on the pictures and listing details, the location met our expectations perfectly. The condo is not modern, but rather old, charming, and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with sufficient dishes and utensils, which I truly appreciated since I enjoy cooking for my family. The bedrooms were also a great size and very comfortable. The resort’s location is wonderful—within walking distance to the marina. The beach, while not ideal for swimming at all, is incredibly calm and much less crowded, which we really enjoyed. The pool was perfect though. One small area for improvement would be the bedding, as newer pillows, sheets, and covers would enhance comfort. Other than that, everything was great, we had a very pleasant stay and Angela was very helpful throughout. The rental also had a cooler and other helpful items that our family was able to use and enjoy.

Wow! This unit is in a beautiful gated complex that is walking distance to town. The grounds are meticulously manicured, the pools are relaxing and refreshing, the staff at the front desk is more than helpful, and Angela was responsive prior to the trip. The unit itself is quite dated but served our family just fine. Angela’s unit is only about 100 yards to the pool and beach, it has more than enough towels and linens, a cooler, umbrella, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and it was very clean. The complex next door is huge and got a bit noisy during the day but it was really quiet in the evenings and at night. We can’t wait to return!

This rental was perfect for our needs and price. It’s located within a resort environment so we had benefits of front desk and pools but the space was like a condo. I would recommend it and the location was great. We could walk most places or take a quick Uber ride.

The private resort where Angela’s condo is is in a beautiful location, the grounds are well maintained and the pool is like an oasis on the beach! The lanai faces the ocean and we enjoyed the view every morning with coffee and evening with cocktails. The space was very comfortable for 2 adult couples so we felt “at home” and not crowded. I struggled between a 4 and 5 review based only on other Airbnb’s we stayed. This condo is a lovely example of Mexican decor but it is somewhat dated. There is no oven in the kitchen, which was a surprise. We were also not able to use the TV. On the up side, Angela and her husband were very responsive to my texts and the staff at the resort were immediately responsive to an electrical issue that occurred during our stay. The location is walking distance to the marina, where there are many restaurants to choose from and a great place to people watch. I would recommend Angela’s condo.

I have nothing but great things to say about the stay. From the location to the clear check in instructions to the condo itself, everything was perfect. The resort itself is peaceful and beautiful. Walkable to the marina and we loved the beach access. We hope to return!

Terasol is a fantastic location! We love that it has two pools, a restaurant & bar and is right on the ocean! It's a low-key crowd and we like that. An easy walk to the Marina for excursions, restaurants/bars, and the nightlife of "downtown" when you want it. Fun walks on the beach, but we weren't able to swim in the ocean at all, so if you want to do that, you may need to find another location. Angela gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area! Angela's place is dated, and the furniture is not comfortable. We had difficulty figuring out the wifi, because the password in the book was not up to date. Just look on the router and save yourself the trouble and time of calling the front desk.

Angela and Dan were amazing hosts for our girls weekend in Cabo. Their home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. They also provided tons of suggestions on activities and restaurants near by and some far away that helped us plan our trip better. They were very responsive with any questions we had and such kind and gracious hosts. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!!

Quiet and clean place, I didn't like the extra rates, I didn't know about them, the light went out on several occasions, a situation that was just a problem with the condominium. One of the bathrooms had no door. From there, comfortable, well equipped. Thank you.

This spot is absolutely worth every penny! The extra beach gear stocked was a bonus for beach days. And the staff is very helpful with places to eat and tours! My family had a wonderful visit and would definitely come back again!

Angela was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. She had great suggestions for food and activities and for logistics. The condo was in a great location with good access to beach and pool. This is largely a non-swimming beach so the pool was essential. The condo is a bit dated and rough around the edges. Same goes for the kitchen and utensils etc. However, everything worked ok and this didn’t impact my enjoyment at all. Overall I would be very happy to book again.

This is NOT a resort!! This is a realtor’s property with CHEAP furnishings. This is an HONEST review (pictures to support it all) Here’s the BAD: * leftover food left in fridge * stains in toilets * CHEAP CHEAP furnishings! * cheap stained patio table/chairs, no umbrella * A/C are small room units that are either HOT or Cold * Beds are HORRIBLE!! 2nd bed is wood box with 4” couch foam mattress with no support at ALL. *no door on master bath *CHEAP shower rods & thin plastic curtains * NO room in small baths for anything at all * NO chairs or umbrellas in beach at all *cheap concrete couch with PILLOWS * chipped painted tile on pine countertops * unit is 200 yards from beach, not oceanfront * NO amenities except basic gym. * owner tried to charge us $35 TWICE after we paid it in reservation * Hidden “resort” fees of $20 per day The Good: * only restaurant is good and affordable (20+ minute walk to any other restaurant) * plenty of beach towels, toys, etc. *nice pool

Amazing place to enjoy los cabos beach and views. The check in was really easy and super friendly staff. Angela took a little bit to reply our messages but promptly helped us and was a great host. Highly recommended to relax yourself and enjoy the views!
