We highly recommend this place. It’s a high standing apartment with a great view just in front of the sea. One can snorkel and see many fish just at the beach club in front of the apartments for free. Bathrooms are especially glamorous and everything very clean.

We love the Landmark Dream! We did have some unforeseen issues with the building (no fault of the owner), and the team onsite was very quick to resolve and support us. Can't wait for our next trip back!

We had a great stay the Dream Landmark condo. The condo was very nice and had a great view. The host, Sandy, was extremely helpful and hospitable. She made sure we had everything we needed. Property was well maintained, quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved your apartment; it's super nice, spacious, and clean. My recommendation would be to have at least mineral water, plus shampoo, and soap. Maybe some bicycles available for going out But everything else was super comfortable and beautiful 🤩

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and everything was set up incredibly well. The host was always responsive and made the entire experience seamless. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Landmark and David’s place didn’t disappoint! We enjoyed the convenient location and spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from two weeks at Landmark 306, and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. The concierge and condo staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. The pool, hot tube and condo grounds were beautifully maintained. The Landmark condos are well situated south of San Miguel, away from the hustle of the cruise ship crowd, but an easy drive in for dinner, shopping and exploring. We'll be back!

This is the second time we stay at the Landmark, and the first tonstay at this property. It's a property to make you feel at home, great bose speakers for music or watch TV, kitchen fully furnished with everything you need to cook, and a dishwasher, rooms very big, beds comfortable, abd of course, beautiful terrace with amazing views. In addition, hosts made aurenthat basic things, such as water, and tea and coffee, in addition to spices are available. And if you need anything, amazing Sandy will take care of it asap. She made our stay truly great! Thank you Sandy! The money bar is in front of the flat, and it's a good spot to tan and snorkel. As a Mexican i think their food is overpriced and nlt very good, but you do not need to consume anything to enjoy the amenities. All in all, we love this olace and will be back!!!

The perfect spot for our Dive trip. 5 people. Comfortable, so clean, great views and vibes. We cooked meals and really enjoyed the kitchen. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed that too. taxi to town for dinner and shopping is easy. We can’t wait to come back!

It was an amazing condo! We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for letting us check in when we got off the plane!! Thank you for having water provided for us!! We loved the porch and the design and decorations in the condo. We’ll be back when we bring friends or family with us!

This apartment was incredible! Even bettter than the photos - felt so lux 🫶🏽 comfy beds, stocked kitchen, amazing balcony, ocean view from your bed. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Sandy was one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had and was a pleasure to have her greet and help us through out our trip with taxis and recommendations.

I would live in this place if I could! Wow! I am coming back every year. The host gave me wine and balloons on my birthday and ran up to give us extra coffee when we needed it. The home feels bigger than the photos, and even more luxurious. I loved every minute!
