Mixed with experience here. Location is great for not having a car, walking to town. The host family that lives on property is wonderful! They are kind, considerate and very respectful. The gentleman really keeps the place safe from anyone that considers making trouble at night. He watches out to make sure no one comes in the yard. And the host was very responsive through the app. For the price, we were disappointed for our small group. We just wanted 3 or 4 bedrooms. If you are utilizing all the beds, it’s very economical, just expect a very indoor/outdoor feel. Bugs will come inside big gaps. Lizzard poop on some of the beds every night. Also, it is not listed that there is no hot water. (For showers or washing dishes). And, there was a miscommunication before I booked about utilities. You will be charged $400 extra (for month) if you use the AC at night. And, if you come when it rains, it will smell like sewage after. Some nights it was hard to stay in the yard from the smell.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and charming and looked just like the photos. Yorlenys is an attentive host, easy to communicate with. It was so nice being able to walk right out to the beach!

Arrived late at night. Yorley gave us exact directions. (no street signs in nicaragua) our caretaker was out on street waiting for us very nice of him. Place is right on the beach. Heard some people didnt like it. We stayed at beach everyday and loved it. 10 min walk along beach to town with restaurants and shopping. 4 bedrooms. each with good air conditioner and private bath. Kitchen had everything you will need. We stayed for a month to escape canada winter. Give this place 5 stars. Has wifi so we brought our fire stik and it worked perfectly

This place was nice and accommodating for our group of 10. We enjoyed hearing the waves from the beach at night. The onsite hosts were very helpful and workable.

Everything was perfect, the service, the house is magnificent, the location, there is no better location, every detail is perfect in this house, there are so many magical places to discover without having to drive, everything is possible from the house, definitely the best in San Juan, 100% recommended

We loved the house and the stay! Prime location! Well-equipped kitchen! Ideal for large families or friends to enjoy the bay of San Juan Del Sur! Our Host was super attentive to any questions. I would stay without thinking again.
