It is very well located, close to the beach and the main avenue. Access is safe and accessible. The guards are always on the lookout for arrivals and departures and are very friendly. The pools are super clean and you can watch your children from the apartment. There are lounge chairs to relax if you don't want to get in the pool. There is an elevator to go up to the apartment, which makes it easy to get around. The apartment is warm, beautiful, and comfortable. It has the necessary utensils and electronics for your stay, and a very nice view from the balcony and terrace. I rented a car and was able to go out and in easily because they assigned me a key card and a parking space. It's spacious, comfortable, and for those of us with children, you can wash and dry when needed. Loved the place! The price and the amenities offered are proportional. I arrived early and was given the opportunity to check in my bags before the scheduled time.

If you want a beautiful place to stay with two great heated pools and great air on this is you place! Very beautiful place to stay

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, very well equipped with everything you need for a good stay, towels and beach chairs, a very well-equipped kitchen with utensils for everything you want to cook, very well designed to enjoy a vacation.

We like the location, privacy and security this place offers.

This is our second time staying in this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time. The condo has everything you need and the location is amazing just 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to all the main restaurants and bars on the beach and in town. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. It's an excellent option to feel right at home, with all the amenities you need. Of course, it's a place I'd stay again.

Very nice and large unit

This is starting to become my home away from home. This condo has everything you need and is in a nice safe and secure location.

The location of the condo is superb, walking distance to beach, many restaurants and shopping. We encountered a few issues during our 2 month stay, but hosts were responsive and rectified the issues fairly quickly. Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, towels are a bit tired and frayed, but were adequate. Beach accessories were provided.

We loved the location and walking to the beach bar at Tobascos and spending the day at Medano Beach. We had trouble one day with the door to the unit but were assisted very quickly. Easy walk to Walmart and the marina too. Beautiful views from the deck and nice pool.

The condo was perfect! Safe walking to beach and restaurants. View from the rooftop was amazing!

Beautiful condo close to the beach in a calm sector. The place was very well stocked and is well furnished. It was also very clean. If we come back, this is the place we will rent again. Thanks, we had a great time.

The condominium was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here on our next visit. The security staff has a great attitude and made us feel right at home.
