Lyn has a great place with tons of space and it is well equipped. can't beat location. great snorkeling just across the road.

My friend and I had an amazing time staying at Lyn's place in Cozumel! Beautiful views and a great spacious condo. Lyn was great and made it very easy for us to find the location and get inside. All the employees at the Landmark were extremely friendly. The location was great and settled between downtown Cozumel to the north and Punta Sur to the south. We would love to visit again!!

The condo is spectacular, breathtaking views , the balcony was huge, one if my favorite things about the Condo, sit out on the balcony in the morning and drink my coffee , sit out in afternoon and read, sit out in eve watch sunset or sip wine and listen to the fabulous music from the “ Money Bar” . When you didn’t want to walk across forHappy hour ! The pool is gorgeous , hot tub relaxing, staff attentive and helpful . Everything inside is elegant and beautiful as well! Spacious , well stocked! Bathrooms as well as bedrooms equally spacious and elegant! Thank you Lyn for sharing your spectacular Condo! I highly recommend and would gladly rent again and again!

We had a great stay at Lyn’s Landmark condo. The view ! We never grew tired of it. The location is great, with easy access to local restaurants. We have stayed at several other places on Cozumel and this is one our favorites. The pier access for dive pickups is super convenient. Lyn was very responsive with the very few questions that we had. The beach access across the street is great. The Landmark pool area is also really nice, and the grounds are kept immaculate . We also appreciated the high level of finishes that were selected for the unit. We will return !

What an amazing place to stay in Cozumel! Unfortunately our trip was shortened due to Hurricane Beryl and the host was very accommodating to provide us a partial refund. The LandMark was exceptionally clean and very comfortable--with an amazing view. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with spacious inside area as well as patio. Great view of ocean and beach across street has nice snorkeling.

From the moment we walked in the door we were wowed by Lyn’s place. The view of the ocean when you enter is truly breathtaking. We spent most evenings in the huge balcony enjoying the sunset, the sound of the ocean and music from the Money Bar across the street. The condo was beautiful and spotless. The pool was lovely and we were always able to get seats. Lyn was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were so sad to leave beautiful Cozumel and will definitely be back to Lyn’s place again!

Lyn and her daughter are extremely responsive and patient hosts, answering several rounds of questions fully and thoroughly, even ones I later realized I should have known from the listing. The unit looks just like the pictures - huge rooms, enormous balcony, great pool and sunset views. The bathrooms are big and comfortable. The marble made it easy to keep everything clean, the the kitchen is full of modern and intuitive appliances. The a/c is plenty powerful to keep the home comfortable even in august. No complaints but a couple things to be aware of… it can take 10-15 min to get a taxi, so send someone from your group to have the gate call for one ahead of time. There is nothing within an easy walk, not even a 7-11, except MoneyBar, which is good but very expensive, so make sure to get supplies while you’re out for the day. Both of these were one time things we learned and easily adjusted to! Overall 11/10, will definitely stay again. Perfect home, excellent host.

This unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our weeklong vacation. My kids loved the massive swimming pool, and the fantastic snorkeling just across the street at the Money Bar. They also loved the ease of walking across the street for meals and snacks at the Money Bar. Lyn was great at communicating and checking on us and we did not like for anything during this amazing family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. Lyn accurately described the place, which is a beautiful and spacious unit with an amazing view. The pool is large and clean, hot tub is nice once the sun sets and it cools off a bit, and the snorkeling across the street is easy to access, beautiful and by many accounts the best shore snorkeling on the island (I would agree from my limited exposure). We were also able to book a snorkel tour that picked us up at the pier across the street. Kitchen had all essential items and then some. Food/service at the restaurant across the street was hit or miss, but it's very easy to get to town with a rental car day or night. We would happily come back.

I have coming to Cozumel for vacations for a few years and the landmark is a great place to stay. Great ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Lynn's condo was a perfect stay with no complaints. Highly recommend it and will be planning on staying once again.

Thought for $3k plus, should have included at least a few cleanings, but it probably was not included in description, so just a fyi.

Very nice condo located in a very laid back area. We would highly recommend it for couples or families. Recommend renting a car. This condo has it’s own parking space. Easy driving all over the island. Beware of Budget car rentals, we were told we would be picked up at the terminal. In fact we had to drag our luggage about 300 yards across a grass field. There are plenty of other well known rental companies located at the terminal. One other recommendation is if you shop at Mega, we loved it, be sure to bring your own bags. Your products will be rung up and placed loosely in a cart. By the way. We found out that Landmark Resort, where the condo is, has a shopping cart available to bring your groceries into the condo. Thank goodness for us! Also, The Money Bar is a great restaurant/bar. They had live bands Friday and Saturday and it’s located across the street. Good food!

It was amazing! Stunning place, incredible views and everything so clean and convenient! It’s my second time here and I see more stays in my future

Perfect location, in a spacy, superclean and comfortable appartement. Friendly staff. Amazing swimmingpool. Everything you need is provided. Great beaches realy close, downtown just 10min by car.
