The apartment is quite similar to what is indicated in the photos. If your goal is a place to tame and do simple things to eat, this home can work for you as it has the basics (bed, bathroom, TV, and kitchenette). Good points: PH with central location, close to the beach and small shops. Points to improve: the A/C is not completely refreshed, take your time. Upon arrival they told us not to consume tap water (this is something associated with the PH other than the owner of the apartment), small stove that works but limits a little, include Wifi since the date signal is slow for the location.

Close to beach also some other places we fell in love with you gotta check out boga bar in San Carlos. also great biking in El Valle. Gym was nice as well as pool.

My friend and I cancelled via the Airbnb support on the fact we wanted to beds and the place had one bed and a mattress without bedsheets underneath. We expected two proper beds. Yleana refused to cancel us when we raised the issue and asked for the refund. As a result we contacted the support, lost time, got to deal with disappointment and had to find another place, what à lovely evening when you’re on holiday to relax!

The apt is small but cozy. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The pool in the social area is very ample. The ideal is to spend all day at the pool or on the beach and just go to rest and sleep.

Great spot close to everything. Was very quite during the week. Keep in mind Wifi is not included here. I had my cell phone as a hotspot for a few days so no big deal.

Disappointing, upon arrival at the PH it tells us the security that the apartment was occupied by someone else. We tried to contact Yleana, communication was very sharp. In the end, we couldn't occupy it, even though my reservation was the right one and the other occupant was for the day before. After an hour we received the refund from the person who was in the room.

La señora Iris nunca se alojó en el apartaestudio por un error que hubo en la misma app de airbnb el cual le expliqué con captures y demás. Atendí muy bien a la señora, siempre atenta y a su disposición, le devolví el dinero sin problemas, quedamos en buen estado hasta ver el comentario que me dejó tachándome todo y colocándome 0. La señora no tiene empatía por ningún lado.

This accommodation has an excellent location a 5-minute walk from the beach, has a small kitchen equipped with essentials, shower with hot water and a space spacious enough for up to 4 people, the host was super attentive and was very kind to us, super recommended!

This appartment is very clean and near the beach. Carolina is really helpful and welcoming. We had a great time there and felt like we were at home from the miment we walked into the apartment. The little details in the apartment make everything feel like home.

We were two guests that stayed in the Playa Coronado area for two nights in this airbnb. Pros: Host was very quick to respond. Location was a quick drive to the beach and a quick walk from the two restaurants in the area. Cons: The building (PH Ibiza) and apartment seemed worn down. The airbnb had no hot water (which was not indicated in the listing) and no extra bedsheets/blankets even though 3 beds were listed. Be warned that this apartment has no wifi which is indicated in the amenities. This made it difficult for us to search for things to do in the area. Overall, the stay was quite underwhelming. We would not be staying here again.

Negative factors: 1. Place is too small, photos are listed individually, not a complete photo of the entire schedule 2. The ocean view is super far 3. The host indicates that the place is pet friendly but it is not. You can only have the dog locked in the apartment but you can't take it out to the park or the recreational area. 4. When we arrived we only took an hour to get to the place as we wanted to leave because it is super small, we called the host to inform him that he will charge us that night and we will go somewhere else, and the person was also managing other places we offered to pay the difference and he did not. Airbnb called you and let you know that I would not give any refund. And she was not responsible for the pet. 5. He told us to leave the keys and leave but he wouldn't do the refund. 6. It indicates that it is an apartment with all the amenities but it is a studio apartment and does not indicate it in the post Positive factors: 1. Clean bathroom and towels included 2. The PH pool is beautiful 3. The host was friendly at first
