Casitas las Fruit accommodation is located 10 minutes from the main road in cocles with a ballast access at the entrance to the secret hill. Quiet and private place with a nice pool. Relatively small equipped apartments with the bed on the second floor, which makes the transfer to the bathroom a little awkward using stairs. In general it has the basics for a comfortable stay, however they could improve the number of utensils in general. The parking is a little awkward, especially for high season.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious, well equipped, neat, excellent central location close to many shopping venues, restaurants, supermarkets, etc; in general very good choice... Just as a recommendation: the curtains in the room are quite transparent, everything was seen both from the inside out and vice versa so in my opinion there is no privacy in the room and point apart in the bathroom there was no soap in the shower or for the hands which I find quite important, this as a point of improvement, outside quite nice, spacious and central; recommended.

Mariusz 's place offers a lot for the money. We have rented multiple houses in the area (while our own house is being built) and there is no other place where you get AC, a pool and a good washer/dryer for such a reasonable amount. The bed is very comfortable, the Wifi great and the location quiet & peaceful. If you are looking for a long-term stay, there is excellent storage for luggage under the stairs. The only negative is that the bathrooms get quite hot during sunny days due to clear roof panels. But, the positives far outweigh this one negative.

Unfortunately there were construction workers the entire time . They were staring while we were in our bathing suits and when we made a comment their response was “we are used to even women walking naked on Tuesdays at x beach” that was highly inappropriate and also our host was inconsiderate in not letting us know there would be noise, workers and dust and no parking. There was a group of noisy people, funny enough we weren’t the oldest but we were the most quiet. At night there’s no one to check the gate. The pool isn’t water , it’s salty and in a plastic container so it’s hot.

Unfortunately, your expectations are different from what we offer Diana. This is 8 small houses complex and swimming pool it's used by all. It was clearly stated on our page, that we do not offer a private pool experience and you can have one for you only. I was present at the time and please if you are looking for a private pool, this is not what we offer. Gardner's and cleaning staff are present when needed and we can't offer free-of maintenance or cleaning work time as this is done when needed during the day time. The entire complex can accommodate even 16 people at the time, if you were looking for private time, we are so sorry we do not offer in this location this service. We feel that your 1-star review is unfair and completely meen ... fortunately, we have {almost} always great reviews and happy customers.

The place is as seen in the photos. It has everything you need for a good stay. Approximately 7 minutes from the center of Cocles where there are (many restaurants, beaches, supers), 15 minutes from Puerto Viejo, and 10 minutes from Manzanillo. The place is a middle point to go to all the places. I recommend it, but if you want to bike if you have to consider it because from the entrance of cocles to the place there are slopes, but it is not impossible! We really enjoyed our stay!
