This significant difference creates a feeling of lack of transparency and affects the overall perception of the service. The house does not meet expectations, in the group's opinion, it is overpriced, the photo of the pool is nothing like the reality, it is not maintained and small, in the bathrooms there was no shampoo, conditioner, there was no iron, hair dryer, there was no purified water, (the manager left one on her own) there was no paper towel or cloths to clean in the kitchen, the furniture is quite deteriorated, the charge is too high for the conditions of the house (we paid 285.29 dollars, in addition to that you pay entrance to the complex 36 US dollars and charged for electricity 40 US dollars, we think it is exaggerated for the short time we were at home, we arrived at 3:30 pm, we went to the pool, then to dinner outside the complex, we returned at 10 pm approx.
