Towels were dirty and smelled like sweat and bedding had yellow stains. I know reviews mentioned the train noise but no one mentioned how obnoxiously loud the train, honking, yelling and noise truly was. My wife is a light sleeper but I am a very deep sleeper and hard to wake up yet even I couldn’t sleep through the noise. Mind you the noise starts a little before 5 am, after 2 days staying here due to the sleep deprivation we were more than ready to leave. The towels and bedding could’ve been tolerable but the noise levels? Impossible to rest through. The location is convenient, check in and parking very easy, and Mountain View beautiful but unfortunately the noise trumped all that for us.

Very noisy, we had construction works right outside our window - same level as the apartment There were broken hooks and broken toilet seat in the bathroom It was really horrible for us after a long ride with two kids to wake up at 6:30 am from full on construction work The place is tiny so it felt there is no where to hide from it

The place is generally great. It has everything you need to feel at home, including kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer. The apartment has some minor flaws that are easy to fix, like missing a bathroom hanger, the walls would appreciate some painting, etc. Nothing major, all minor details. The main room has its own AC, which is great. Each room has its own TV. The building is really great, with a long pool, and an amazing roof Garden with a great view of San José and the surrounding mountains. The host was responsive and helped us with a list minute accommodation that I needed, which is appreciated. Overall a very good stay.

The room and everything else were excellent. The only thing to take into account is the noise from the train in the mornings. That's the only thing.

The description of the apartment matches what it is. It is centrally located and has many accessible options for restaurants, bars and shops. A small, comfortable and nice place. The amenities of the building are a plus. And the host was always attentive.

Excellent stay in this apartment. The city view is good. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The kitchen has the basics for hassle-free cooking. Everything was clean upon arrival. Good location, I recommend it.
