Beautiful Sunsets and amazing, peaceful mornings. I generally am not a pool person but I gravitated to the pool throughout my stay. Perhaps the view. The place was quiet, very peaceful. The staff on hand worked behind the scenes. I only knew they had been around because the trash was emptied daily. I will definitely be returning.

Stunning! Very special place! The home is clean and spacious. The kitchen is on the small size and has no AC, so if you are planning on cooking just prepare to be toasty. It didn’t bother as since we spend most of the time outside. This home is all about outdoor living. It is more stunning in person. Definitely not a toddler friendly since there are no rails on the outer cliff side. Greg, the iguana was hanging unfazed near the upper patio bathing in the sun. Capybaras and butterflies everywhere. The pool is a perfect temperature and it has stools- great bonus during the World Cup. The driveway- steep and curved, but no biggie, just pedal to the metal! We thought it was part of the charm. El Tunco is less than 15 min for more vibrant nights out. Surf spots all over. The housekeepers Ricardo and Sonia are angels. They use Google translate if necessary. They can do the grocery shopping and make amazing meals. It was hard to leave!

The place is just spectacular. I had already been there on previous occasions, and Rafa made improvements to the furniture and decor of the house that it didn't have before. She takes care of communication with guests. Both Armando and Sonia are always available for any request and for shopping advice, for example. The place stands out from many properties that are in the area. Very well maintained by Rafa. Unique views and spots on the property!

The views in this home are unrivaled. The outdoor space has been designed for enjoyment. The grounds are filled with fruit trees and the most interesting critters (they know not to bother you). The setting is rather idyllic too but the part that makes this stay stand apart from the rest is the caretakers: Sonia, Ricardo and their family. This team of relatives makes the space spotless, cooks phenomenal meals (our local guests called the food “better than Pelicanos restaurant.” Sonia’s attentiveness was beyond what most other airbnbs make available. We were sad to leave this space and we cannot wait to return for a reunion with Sonia, Ricardo and that view!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily recommend it to future guests. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered truly breathtaking views that made our stay memorable. We did experience two power outages during our visit, but the host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and quick to assist whenever issues arose. While the property is located in a more remote area with limited nearby attractions, transportation was still very manageable. We had a driver and were also able to access Ubers without any difficulty. Overall, this is a beautiful home in a stunning setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was an amazing experience. the people taking care of the house there are amazing. would definitely go back to el salvador and use Rafa house if available. Can't say house amaze i was of this house. the view is amazing

A place with a spectacular view and a lovely pool overlooking the ocean. I would not recommend it if you are traveling with young children, as there are several cliffs and quite a few steps to get to all areas of the house; if that concerns you, you should take it into account. Sonia and Ricardo, the people who help out at the property, are super nice and friendly and can assist you in every way. It was a very enjoyable stay for a family vacation.

We arrived at night and greeted by our friendly onsite host. The house is lovely, clean and comfortable. For our family the bottom room with 3 queens made life easy. Loved the pool and outdoor cooking area. Everything was perfect! Thank you
