The views and the restaurants close by the house. Alfredo was very nice and helped us out with a lot of things. I would stay again at this house.

A gem of Atenas! In the best weather you really feel the peace on top of the mountain, what a great place and Alfredo is the absolute best.

We had the most amazing stay in Marcos’s home. It is absolutely beautiful, even more stunning in person than in the pictures. The photos truly don’t do it justice. Everything about the property felt peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Marcos was responsive and you can tell he takes care of this home. Alfredo, the groundskeeper, was incredible- he responded immediately to anything we needed and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We created memories here that our family will always cherish. It was such a special place for us, and we would absolutely rent again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!

Second time staying there and it was better than the last. Small upgrade were done which made the stay extra comfortable. Alfredo was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Marco responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. The views from the house are amazing!

The place is spectacular! An unbeatable view. The house was very well equipped and very clean upon our arrival. Meets expectations based on what they offer. We went as a family, all adults. Alfredo was very attentive and aware of our needs. Excellent service from him. The best, very close to San José I highly recommend the place

Great view , we loved the pool , also Alfredo is such a great guy he helped us with everything we will come back to this place again to see him again he’s already like a family to us . We recommend this place to everyone

The place was amazing, wonderful view private, Alfredo the caretaker of the house was responsive and kind and very helpful. The only thing I would change is for the price their were not many amenities, no trash bags, no trash can we had to make our own out of a box, they had recycle bins for everything but no trash bin. The bathrooms were not terrible but not clean. Wash and dryer room not clean a washer was a bit gross. Very buggy. I understand there are bugs but ants all Over the counter in kitchen and tables. Nothing was safe from the bugs. The pool area was wonderful. If a few changes were made def could be a 5 star but I rated it 3.

Hola, creo que ha sido injusta con su evaluación, los basureros si exigían, puedan que no entendieran cuál era, el tipo de azulejo de los baños es rústico y no es que estuvieran sucios. No entiendo si Alfredo estaba para cualquier cosa que necesitan y NO dijeron nada. Alfredo les hubiera resulto lo del basurero y lo de los baños.Además su comunicación antes de llegar a la casa fue deficiente y nunca contestó el último mensaje.

The house is located on a hill near downtown Athens with a very good view. The environment is very quiet and easily accessible. This house is highly recommended
