Very nice house, the outdoor courtyard being exceptional with the furniture, the covered terrace and the pool. The house is very well equipped, very comfortable and very clean. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of space. Communication was quick and efficient, with Kenneth and Juliet always available to help us. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were there during the summer, so it was not very crowded. I recommend it for families!

A place that makes you feel right at home, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach

We stayed at this house for 4 nights. It has everything you need. Very close to restaurants and the beach. The only downside is the roads in the neighborhood are all dirt roads and there’s lots of construction. I didn’t ask if they are paving the roads but maybe that was the construction noise. Overall loved this house and would stay there again.

This was the perfect home base for our first trip to Costa Rica. Quiet town with plenty of restaurants nearby and 2 great beaches within a 10 min drive. The house has everything a family needs to enjoy their vacation - from kitchen amenities, a gorgeous pool and a very thoughtful concierge. Julieth was very responsive to my messages and myriad of questions from the day I booked the house to the day we checked out. She recommended local restaurants and grocery stores; we opted for their fridge stock service prior to our arrival which was very convenient. They also have a catalog tours and excursions you can choose from but we did our own thing.

This Home was exactly as described in the listing. It was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from beach towels to pots and pans. Monique and the concierge were very, very responsive. The outdoor space was especially lovely. We spent many hours a day in the pool and in the space surrounding rounding it. Being unfamiliar with the area we had no idea what to expect. Potrero was a great place for a beach vacation.

Our family recently stayed at this incredible property in Potrero, Costa Rica, and it exceeded our expectations. The management company was exceptionally communicative, ensuring we had all the information we needed before we arrived. The highlight of this house is undoubtedly the beautiful outside space. It feels like your own private ecological reserve. We spent hours relaxing outdoors, taking in the astonishing amount of wildlife right in the backyard. We were surrounded by countless butterflies and tropical birds every day, and having monkeys visit the surrounding trees was an unforgettable experience. Inside, the home is just as impressive. As someone who loves to cook, I was thrilled to find the kitchen incredibly well-appointed. It had everything we needed to prepare family meals comfortably, with quality pots, pans, and utensils. After long days of exploring the beaches, the comfortable beds provided the perfect place to rest and recharge. This place is the best, pura vida!

Our stay was incredible! We have been coming to Potrero for years and this place was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The house was perfectly adorned with very amenity you would need, the pool was absolutely lovely and it was just so comfortable from the moment we got there. The property management team was exceptional, absolutely top tier, and responded to every request/ question in rapid fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to stay whether you’re a first timer in Potrero or come often as we do. We would definitely stay here again, it was better than expected and a wonderful way to start off our CR stay! Pura Vida 😎

Our family of six adults and two young children had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The property itself was fantastic, with a spacious outdoor area and a pool that offered plenty of shaded seating—perfect for relaxing in the tropical heat, especially with little ones. The hosts arranged seamless airport transportation for our group. We were thrilled to spot monkeys at the property. The location couldn’t have been better: it’s an easy walk to the ocean, plus tons of restaurants and markets just steps away. Flamingo Beach itself was only a quick, fun golf cart ride from the house. Highly recommend this spot for multi-generational family vacations—great balance of relaxation, convenience, and adventure!

Had a fantastic time at Monique's house in Playa Potrero. The house was very nice. Just as described in the photos. The pool and backyard were great and very peaceful. The house is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach or to downtown Potrero. Any issues/questions we had were quickly resolved. Would absolutely stay here again

Loved Monique’s place - it was very comfortable, beds were great, air conditioning was excellent & very much needed. We spend most of our time in the pool or on the patio. Federico was fantastic checking in & checking out. Our only issue was finding the property initially. It was very close to restaurants!

Everything was perfect! The house was very modern, clean and comfortable! It was better than the photos! The backyard and pool were amazing!!! House had everything we needed and more! We felt very safe the whole time. It is walking distance to the store, restaurants and beach. Host was very responsive and friendly! We hope to stay again someday!

By far the best house we stayed in!!! This house was stocked with everything you could think of. Lots and lots of towels, blankets and kitchen/laundry supplies, great AC with fans in every room and the list could go on and on. The property manager was amazing as well!! I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding! Fully equipped, the house is very nice. Clean, safe, very comfortable beds, good location. The host's attention and response is excellent. 100% recommended. Great!
