Great spot in Cabo. Steps to beach and nightlife/marina. Nice pool and good food and service at the restaurant and bar. Also steps to Walmart to get supplies. Great concierge - Heather. She was invaluable. Only item is road is a bit loud at night if you are a light sleeper. Overall was very nice and we had a great time.

Fabulous place. Spacious and close to everything. Diane was responsive and wonderful and Heather, the on-site property manager, was super helpful throughout our stay.

Diane was a great host. The location was an easy walk to both the beach and all the fun activities in downtown. There was also a Walmart across the street for any groceries you needed for your stay. Diane’s response time was also very quick and she was proactive in finding answers to questions we had. My friends and I enjoyed our time at this AirBnb more than the first half of our trip, where we stayed at an all-inclusive resort. Very happy we picked this place for the final half of our Cabo trip. 10/10 recommend.

we had a great time here! it's a block from the medano beach, marina, and night life. Heather was great at checking us in, making reservations, and giving recommendations. Diane was responsive and gave clear instructions and recommendations. for the price you can not beat location. it is noisy because you are downtown. I was prepared for that and brought ear plugs for sleeping. they also sell them in the lobby. I would definitely return!

Great location - close to the beach, marina and many bars, restaurants and shops. Diane and the on site host Heather were very responsive and attentive. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! We will definitely be back here for our cabo vacations. Conveniently located, lots of room. very clean and spacious and Diane was very helpful as was the staff.

My family had a great time staying at Diane's condo. Close to everything, friendly staff (including especially Heather the concierge, who was phenomenal), just a lovely time all around.

Everything in the apartment was great. It was very clean, had everything you need, and the location was unbeatable. The only downside is the Check-in and check-out that went at 4:00 pm and 10:00 am respectively. Which we found unusual. In addition, everything was excellent.

We enjoyed staying at Diane’s place. The condo is good size, clean and had plenty of beach supplies, towels, cooking supplies, games for the kids, etc. We went to the pool and pool restaurant ,Tres Amigas, often and met the nicest people and staff. We also walked to downtown area and marina as it was vey walkable. We would stay there again!

Love staying here! The location is perfect - super walkable to the beach, marina, and nightlife. The staff at Marina Sol are very friendly and helpful as well. Diane provides great recommendations for food and activities in the area and is very responsive. I definitely would recommend staying here!!

Great place walking distance to every restsurants bar ect.

First, this is a great location. Easy to walk to the beach, easy to walk to the marina, lots of places to eat and shop close by. There is a new supermarket in the mall just down the street. It was easy to get a case of water, snacks and essentials and walk back to the unit. Second, this condominium complex has great amenities - a full service bar, convenience store, pool with restaurant and poolside bar, billiards room, etc. The concierge desk was super helpful. Heather, our unit manager was over the top amazing. Third, as a family of 6, it is often difficult to find accommodations where everyone gets to sleep in an actual bed - not a pullout or cot - for a reasonable price. Diane's place had beds for everyone. It was clean and comfortable. Great floor plan. The unit is on the street side - so a view of the mountains and the city. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to pack a white noise machine.

Overall good place to stay Pros- Everything is walkable distance- Marina, beach, downtown. Mall and Supermarket 5 minute walk away. Large space great for a family or large group. Heather was very helpful with excursions and advice. Cons- Internet very spotty often going down and slow. Immediate surrounding area not the greatest- there was construction going on down the street with quite a bit of trash strewn about. The view from the balcony was an empty field and a parking structure.

Great property, it has everything you need. Well worth it. Heather is very nice and knowledgeable about the area.
